Detection of ionize radiation with Geiger-Müller tube

This work deals with problems related with detection and measuring of the ionisated radiation. First part of this work is devoted to theoretical problems of detection, particulary to measuring with Geiger Muller tubes. Second part of the work contains proposal of electronical circuit using Geiger Muller tube as well as description of results experimentally acquired while using the detector, which was manufactured according to the proposed scheme. On the basis of those results it appears that proposed apparatus can be used for significant indication range extension.
Photopletysmograph with evaluation of recorded lines

Bachelor thessis deals with the methods of measurement of tissue volume with plethysmographic method focusing on photopletysmography. This method is used to determine the reactivity of blood vessels and blood flow to the quality of the investigated tissue. For shooting plethysmographic curve was designed and made device that communicates with the computer via multifunction NI USB card. For further signal processing was designed the virtual instrument in programming environment LabVIEW and device function was tested on test subjects.
Design of overvoltage arresters in high voltage switchgear depending up parameters of connected load

The purpose of this thesis is to introduce the reader about the problems of design of surge arresters. The first part of this thesis describes problems of surge. In the next part of this thesis are described test pulses needed to test surge arresters. The next issues of this thesis are medium voltage switchgears and surge arresters ABB and their test. In the next part ot this thesis are described type of network according earthing of transformers. The other point of this thesis are aplications of surge arresters, figures and calculation for networks, generators, transformers and motors. In the conclusion of this thesis is the appreciation of whole problems about surge arresters.
