Possibilities of verbal therapy use as a therapeutic tool at the health care.

The main purpose of my bachelor thesis is to characterize verbal therapy, based on available literature, as it is. Especially its subgroups I focused on- bibliotherapy, poetry therapy, dramatherapy and reminiscence therapy. By defining these lines with the help of a literary research along with semi-structured interview method and observation method I attempted to outline the use of verbal therapy as a therapeutic tool at the health care. In a practical part, I dealt with the impact of verbal therapy on actual emotional condition, establishing of a social contact within the therapy and increased interest in verbal therapy in a certain phase of people's lives. My thesis contains a discussion, where we can find an assessment of the set goals.

Eduardo Pavlovsky - between absurdity and psychodrama

This essay would like to present the work of the world famous playwright from Argentina Eduardo Pavlovsky. He is studied and apriciate all over the world, but unfortunately in Czech Republic is totaly unknown. This work presents three dramatic plays, which represents different period in Pavlovsky plawright life and shows his artistic orientation. We can see there sorne external influence which work upon his work in several periods. Sub-title of this essay is just for illustrate and define the beginning and termination of the work of Pavlovsky. It cannot signify comparision not even other similarity what cauld be between this genres. At the beginnig I presented short historical discursion of Argentina. I focused me on the same period in which his dramatic work has been written. Then I spoke a bit about the history of theatre in Argetina and situation in culture at all. In the part which is called like sub-title af my essay, I facused me on general characteristic of the theatre of absurd and I tried to make sorne parallel between European and Argentine absurd drama. Then I wrote sorne srnall part where I tried to intorduce what psychodrarna is and for what is been use. The preparation and realization of literary template and its exploitation in practise with child groups (with use of drama in education)

The thesis is focused on the influence of art, mainly drama and dramatic art on emotional and intellectual development of child psychics. It describes the way the drama teach the children in an entertaining way to explore the world they are living in, to appreciate the literature of the past and to get familiar with the literature of the present. It explores further the contribution of drama in education which by the means of play and improvisation improves the child capabilities in terms of language, movement coordination and interpersonal communication. These aspects are depicted on a specific example of drama in education. The teacher chooses an attractive or up-to-date topic and the children play the story while looking at the issue from a different perspective, think over the consequences of their actions and search for the optimal solution of the problem, which develops further their social intelligence.

Use of Drama in Psychoterapy

This thesis deals with usage of drama in psychotherapy. The introductory part refers to drama and theatre, their connection to ritual, their history and mostly to their theory. The Important terms of theatre theory in general and thoughts of chosen theatre theorists, relevant to this work are included in this part. The possibilities of drama techniques as psychotherapeutical instruments and their utilization within chosen therapeutical movements are defined in psychotherapy part. The conclusion of the theoretical part is dedicated to psychodrama and dramatherapy. There are some of important ideas concerning the usage of drama in psychotherapy summarized within the final interview with the dramatherapist.
