The mobbing and its interaction in the formation in the employment

My thesis deals with the workplace violence as a serious risk factor of the daily life and work and it is a complex problem, especially when psychological violence at the work is a serious problem that is still very underrated. The harassment is the summary name that referred to very bad situation for everybody and it projects to the everyday situations at work and it is manifested not only in labor relations, but also on output and performance of individuals and whole. The thesis of the topic was chosen on the based my own experiences with the regards to the timeliness of this social problem. The main aim is to inform about the hidden and dangerous process of the psychological abuse in the workplace, many participants cannot solve it, because they are designed only for the consequences not the causes of the investigated phenomenon.

CAN syndrome in the crisis intervention

This work is focused on CAN syndrome (child abuse and neglect syndrome) in the crisis intervention. This thesis deals with closer analysis of individual forms of CAN syndrom - mainly with physical abuse, psychological abuse, sexual abuse and neglect. Basic legislative of this topic and the most important institutions which care about children with CAN syndrome within crisis intervention are presented here.

Monitoring the Public Awareness of CAN Syndrome Issue

My Bachelor Thesis consists of two parts ? a theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part I have briefly described the significant information related to the CAN syndrome. When compiling the theoretical part I have worked with written sources and web sites references. In the empirical part I have investigated in a questionnaire research the people?s awareness of CAN syndrome in the Town of Kolín. The questionnaire contained 16 questions, of which 8 were closed, 4 were open and 4 were semi-open. The research was carried out in January 2010. I had handed out 135 questionnaires and within two weeks received 120 of them back. The questionnaires return was therefore 88,8 %. I have illustrated the results of the research in charts. I have evaluated all the questionnaires in two ways ? from the point of the respondent?s age and from the point of their level of education. There are following two assumptions in my thesis: Assumption 1 ? The public awareness of the CAN syndrome is tied with age. Assumption 2 ? The public awareness of the CAN syndrome is tied with education. I believe the public awareness of the CAN syndrome is tolerable. My thesis may in future be used for the purpose of improving the public awareness, for instance in decisions which groups of the public should the CAN syndrome promotion be aimed at and which communication media should be used. The research has brought out that the best medium for enhancing the public awareness of CAN syndrome is the worldwide web, television and lectures for pupils and students at schools. Therefore I would concentrate in future on production of web sites offering reliable information related to the CAN syndrome, TV shows and discussions with Professional as well as attractive lectures for children and young people at schools.

Questions of Domestic Violence (in South Bohemia)

In my work I devote on subject of domestic violence. The theoretic part describes a particular group of victims, like women, men, children, seniors and people with mental or physical indisposition. Thereinafter there are also mentioned type sof organisations, which helps victims of domestic violence, first of all Eva service in České Budějovice, White ring of safety and DONA extension. The pieces of theoretic part are stastistical tables featuring the numer of crimes in South Bohemia in the years 2005 {--} 2007. From particular table is possible to reproach the precise count of victims and criminals and not lest numer of imposed punishments. All data are get from the Regional State Council in České Budějovice, Regional Court in České Budějovice and Ministry of internal affairs the Czech Republic.
