The aim of bacherol's thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of a family house with an establishment. This building is designed in a slightly sloping terrain on the edge part of Moravské Budějovice. The family house has a partial basement and two floors. Establishment is designed as a single-storey building and will be used for design activities. The building is based on plain concrete strip. The perimeter walls will be made of lost formwork. Other walls is designed from ceramic blocks. Ceiling structures are made of ceramic inserts and ceramic-concrete beams. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with project of a new house with an establishment, which is situated in the cadaster unit of the Down of Boskovice. The house is two-floor, basement with disabled garage for two cars. The house is designed for a four-member family and in 1S located office. House’s walls are build with blocks Porotherm profi 30 and are insulatedwith a contact thermal insulation system. The horizontal construction are consist with POT beams and ceiling inserts MIAKO. Family house have one-cloak flat roof. This bachelor’s thesis has the form of design documentation for the building process.
Variant solution of the financial plan of the business plan

This thesis is about creation of financial plan for the business plan in the area of HVAC. The business plan is about project office, that designs materials used by realisation company. The real market situation was considered during making financial plan and it was made in 2 versions – pesimistic and optimistic. Optimistic version deals with ideal state of company, with a lot of contracts, its purpouse is how to develop our bussiness. Pesimistic version operates with minimal possible income for realistic business.
Two-generation family house with business premises

This bachelor's thesis deals with the proposal and preparation of project documentation for a multi-generation family house with business premises, which is located in Nové Sady near Velká Bíteš. The multi-generation family house is designed as a double-storey building with a partial basement, covered with a hip roof. The building also has a garage for two parking spaces, which is covered by a flat roof. Both floors are used as residential units. The first floor is for a family of two, and the second floor is designed for a family of five. A project office is designed for the benefit of suitable premises. The entrance to the house and the business premises are situated on the northeast side, where there is also a garage. In front of the entrances to the house, there are two parking spaces for potential customers. The residential part of the building is situated on the southwest and southeast side. The project office is oriented to the northeast and southeast side. The plot selected for this building is flat, located in a built-up area with family houses in the middle of the village of Nové Sady. The entrances to the building are designed as wheelchair accessible.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to design and elaborate project documentation for the construction of a building with a design office in the cadastral area of Mikulovice near Pardubice. It is a two-storey, partly basement detached house, which with its layout corresponds to the conditions of the building operation. The family house is designed for a four-member family. On the first underground floor there is a toilet + bathroom with a technical room and a gym. On the ground floor there is a project office that is designed for the owner of the house, a kitchen, a living room, a guest room with its own dressing room, a workshop connected with a garage. On the second floor there is a residential part, consisting of 3 rooms and a studio. The construction system of the building is designed from the POROTHERM system with an ISOVER GREYWALL external contact insulation system with a thickness of 120 mm. The vertical supporting perimeter structures of the 1st floor, the 1st NP and the 2nd NP will be wired from the POROTHERM 30 P + D. The internal bearing walls are made of POROTHERM 30 P + D and the POROTHERM 19 AKU and POROTHERM 11,5 PROFI are used for non-load-bearing masonry. The external plaster is a water-repellent CEMIX FLEXI thin-film plaster grooved with a grain size of 2 mm in light gray. The staircase is monolithic, of reinforced concrete. Horizontal bearing structures are made of ceramic-concrete system of POROTHERM with the thickness of 250 mm (Pot girders and Miako fillers). The roof is double-pitched with the roof tiling in black colour of TONDACH Hranice 11. The plastic doors and windows are designed in the colour of grey ane white; the garage has a section door also in the grey colour. The flooring has been chosen according to the type of usage of each of the rooms, i.e. ceramic flooring and laminate floor. The main aim of my work was to design a layout for the particular purpose, i.e. a suitable solution of the structure and a draft of technical documentatio
