Analysis of the BEP According to Calculation of Costs & Business Revenues

The bachelor work will be focused on a financial analysis of a self-contained business (economic) unit in a company in which research & development are performed in projects that are financed by state grants. It is a case of a unit of a manufacturing company, in which both its business activities (services, products) and the R&D are conducted in compliance with the law on support of R&D from public financial resources. The introduction of the work will specify the aims that should be confirmed in the work´s conclusion part. Available literature focusing on basic methods and performance of financial analyses, calculations and the BEP will be the source documents of the theoretical part of the work. The practical part will be based on values found in the accounting documents of the unit and the influence of the state grants as it is reflected in the calculations of the unit will be shown while taking into consideration the BEP aspect. In conclusion of the practical part, financial situation of the unit will be evaluated. In the final part of the work, an assessment of the work`s aims achieved will be presented.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a financial analysis of a chosen company. Financial analysis can be understood as a set of activities which are used for finding and comprehensively assessing the financial situation of the company. The thesis deals with the essence and objectives of financial analysis, the importance of data, the explanation of important concepts, methods and indicators of financial analysis. Furthermore, the company called Luwex, a. s. is introduced and described. Based on the financial statements and other information sources of the company, the financial analysis methods are directly applied to the data of the company. The results of the financial analysis are summarized and evaluated. Additionally, it endeavours to propose recommendations or measures to the company for further activities that can improve its financial situation in the future.
Spatial and timely survey of indebtedness in European companies

The aim of this thesis is to process spatial and timely survey of profitability ratios and then namely debt ratios in individual sectors of selected European companies, in the time period from 2011 to 2015. Financial ratios such as return on assets, return on equity, debt ratio, long-term debt to total assets ratio, short-term debt to total assets ratio and interest coverage are used. Based on the results of the investigation, the most successful sectors and states, including the Czech Republic, are evaluated. The correlation analysis and following testing of mutual dependence between debt ratio and return ratio, as well as mutual relationship between the business sector debt, household sector debt and public sector debt are included.

For this analysis is selected company operating in the automotive industry and products for analysis are automotive components which are the core of the production program of the company. This thesis is focused on the financial analysis of Pivovary Staropramen Company. The work is divided into theoretical and practical. The theoretical section explains the general scope of financial analysis, sources of information for financial analysis, users of financial analysis and most importantly, the methods of financial analysis. The practical part is devoted to the application of financial analysis by Pivovary Staropramen Company. Conclusion is drawn about the financial health of the company with some suggestions for improvement.
Analysis of financial management of Czech industrial firms from 2002 to 2006.

The aim of this thesis is to execute a financial analysis of the Czech industry from 2002 to 2006. The fundamental categories of indicators were analysed - profitability, activity, cost, debt and liqudity ratios. The analysis wasnt executed only for the whole industry but for its branches divided by NACE classification. The outcome of my research is a statement that all fundamental categories of indicators developed positively. The most obvious positive development can be observed at return on assets which was caused by shortening of assets turnover and increasing of return on revenues. Furthermore, the improvement of debt and liquidity ratios of Czech industrial firms indicates that during the analysed time period the financial stability was increased.
