Studie vybraných druhů dřevin rodu Moringa (Moringaceae)

The aim of the study was to describe family Moringaceae and the list of all species of the genus Moringa, their original occurrence and growth forms was compiled. Detailed attention was paid to characteristics of the economically important species and their production. Since only the anatomical structure of the vegetative organs of the M. oleifera species has been found, the thesis describes in detail the anatomy of the vegetative organs of M. oleifera and M. stenopetala and compares these species to each other. The bulk density of the M. oleifera wood, both fresh and dry, was also evaluated

Validita systému bonitovaných pôdno-ekologických jednotiek a legislatívne dôsledky jeho aktualizácie

Soil crediting in the Czech Republic is based on so-called land boned soil-ecological units (BPEJ), this unit serves to evaluate both absolute and relative production capacity of agricultural land. The thesis points out the need to update this system, caused mainly by climate change, which causes the shift of the existing climate regions but also the emergence of new (not yet classified) climate regions. These changes have a direct impact on soil production capacity. In the thesis there is an overview of legal regulations that are influenced by the system of certified soil-ecological units (BPEJ).

Vývoj faktorů ovlivňujících úřední cenu půdy

The bachelor thesis focuses on the production potential of soil and the history of bonitation in Czech republic since the 11th century. The evaluation of soils served mainly to rulers for collecting taxes. In the upcoming years it also served for determination of the production ability of soils. Because of this fact my bachelor thesis also contains a valuation of soils. In the practical part are evaluated the changes of estimated pedologic-ecological units in cadastral area of Zakřany after rebonitation in 1992, which updated the original bonitation in 1970’s. In Zakřany was identified a new soil type. Also there were created 9 new estimated pedologic-ecological unit codes and 1 of the original 13 estimated pedologic-ecological unit codes wasn’t found. The information from the codes are obsolete and need to be updated. Last chapter of my thesis compares the official prices of soil in 1992 and 2014 and also the charges for removing soil from the agricultural land resources.

Přirozená obnova a produkční potenciál borovice vejmutovky (Pinus strobus L.) v oblasti Městských lesů Hradec Králové

This dissertation thesis deals with two aspects of Eastern white pine. The first objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of the amount of solar radiation on the parameters of natural regenerated Eastern white pine individuals -- density, height, stem diameter, height increment and crown morphological parameters. The second objective of this work was to compare the production potential (stem volume, stock) of Eastern white pine and native Scots pine. For both purposes were selected forests stands with appropriate representation of Eastern white pine in Hradec Králové municipal forests. For the first objective study showed that the amount of light is a key factor in relation to Eastern white pine regeneration. Increasing amount of light significantly affects both density and growth parameters (height, stem diameter, height increment) of natural regenerated individuals. Effect of light on crown morphological parameters has not been proved. For the second objective evaluation of data showed that same old Eastern white pine in the same habitat reaches significantly greater stem volume than Scots pine in the order of several tens of percent, depending on the age of forests stand.
