Process liquids for machining and their manner of supply
Molnár, Alexander ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Bumbálek, Bohumil (advisor)
This work deals with the distribution of processing liquids and their supply to basic metalwork types. It`s goal is to consider the methods of supply of processing liquids and to evaluate the impact of different supplies of these processing liquids on the device durability.
Process fluid on a CNC machines
Lolek, Jan ; Dvořáček, Jan (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The work is focused on the classification of process fluids for CNC machines, their characteristics, suitability particularly in the machining operations and workpiece material. The next section evaluates the contamination of process fluids in companies, which can occur during machining. The next chapter provides an overview of work equipment used in modern CNC machines and is used for filtration and maintanance of process fluids. In the last part are returns of investment on a smaller filter equipment and a central system for several machines. In this chapter is evaluated with examples from real productions .This issue was discussed with the experts from industry, especially employees of the company IKV Ltd., which is a supplier of accessories for CNC machines. Equipment supplied by this company is primarily used to reduce the defects of industrial production.
On the effect of lubricating fluids on specific phenomena of thread forming
Vnuková, Zuzana ; Petrenec, Martin (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The main task of this work was to compare the being used process fluids in mechanical engineering with a focus on polymer and additive fluids. Selected polymer and nanoadditive fluids were compared based on a thread forming test, during which different concentrations of individual fluids were tested. All data from experiments were evaluated, assessed in terms of their properties, and recommended for further practice.
Cutting coolants and lubricants and their use in grinding process
Popelka, Zdeněk ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Bumbálek, Bohumil (advisor)
The thesis describes the function of procedural liquids applied in the field of technology grinding. The aim is to bring to effect analysis of dry machining and liquid cooled conditions and based on the result to work out recommedations for the use of these liquids in manufacture.
