THE INFLUENCE OF TRANSPORT ACCESSIBILITY ON COMMUTING TO WORK INTO POPULATION CENTRES IN THE SOUTH BOHEMIAN REGION
MATEJOVÁ, Vlasta
This Bachelor´s thesis analyses the aggregate and job-related commuting rates into population centres in the South Bohemian region as well as the time accessibility into the selected regions by car transport. This analysis utilises data from population census 2011 to investigate the spatial organisation of the South Bohemian region. The selection of the centres for sociogeographic regionalization is based on the methods of L. Sýkora, M. Hampl and M. Halás. Application of three differing methods results in the elimination of the fragmented spatial structure as well as the smallest centres from the analysis. The second part of the analytical chapter deals with the monitoring of time accessibility into selected regions. The theoretical part, preceeding the analytical section, deals with the theoretical processing of transport accessibility, job-related commuting and the determination of hypotheses. The next chapter is devoted to the methodology and data sources.
Time accessibility of public service centers in selected districts of South Bohemian region (Strakonice, Písek, Tábor)
ZÁPOTOČNÁ, Markéta
The presented bachelor thesis analyzes the time accessibility of centers, public administration from parts of municipalities within the administrative districts of these centers. This is realized in the three former districts of the South Bohemian Region - Strakonice, Pisek and Tábor based on a statistical survey of the availability of both public and private transport. First, however, the work describes the theoretical background and the most important sources from which the author draws. The following explains the key concepts, which operates in the work of the author. In chapter Methodology work is explained in detail the procedure for creating part of this work. The research results are adequately assessed and cartographically represented.
Time accessibility of public service centers in selected districts of South Bohemian region (Český Krumlov, České Budějovice, Jindřichův Hradec)
RŮŽIČKA, Robin
This Bachelor´s thesis deals with time accessibility of centers of administrative districts of municipalities with extended powers from cadaster units covered under these centers in three selected districts of South Bohemian region. The time availability of work centers of South Bohemia region
KOUŘIMOVÁ, Andrea
My thesis deals with the time availability of work centers of South Bohemia region by the private transport. Introductory chapters are focused on the objectives of the thesis, the theoretical background, the analysis of published literature and the formed hypotheses. The chapter "processing method" deals with describing of the various methods that are used to describe the definition of the work centers of the region, the time availability analysis of the private transport and the visualization of obtained data by the tools of the geographic information systems. The main charter contains an extensive analysis of the time availability, which are reflected maps and tabular outputs of the work centers, the administrative division, the regional availability and area accessible by the transport.
The current system of Prague's traffic and evaluation of its development plans
Rybníček, Jakub ; Mervart, Michal (advisor) ; Jirsák, Petr (referee)
The thesis deals with the problem of current system Prague's traffic and is focused on a public transport and individual automobilism. The main goal of the thesis is to describe and analyse the traffic system in Prague and to define related key problems. It should help to find suitable solutions of described problems. The following target is to evaluate described plans of public transport development. The theoretical part focuses on the general background of road transport, logistics in passenger traffic, dual cycling and also on potential to combine these transport forms. The practical part is then focused on specifics of Prague's traffic system and on plans of its development.
