This bachelor assay is pursuing methods of financial analysis and its utilization for estimation of financial situation of company JULI, Ltd. The basic input source of informations for the financial analysis are account sheet for period 2005-2008. The first part of bachelor assay is pursuing theoretic resources of financial analysis and conception company. In the practical part the basic methods of financial analysis are being used such as analysis of absolute, distance, ratio and pyramidal indexes and predication of financial pressure. Pursuant to ascertained results the procuration and recommendations for another progress of company are being proposed.

The aim of this work is to evaluate the financial situation of the selected com-pany from 2004 to 2008. The work is created on the basis of the accounting re-cords of the period. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the separate methods of financial analysis that are needed to determine the financial situation of the company. The second part of the thesis contains the characteristic of business and practical calculati-ons, which are performed by using the methods of financial analysis. Finally, the thesis summarizes the overall financial situation with a recommendation that is suggested for possible improvements.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is a major financial analysis for the financial period 2005-2009 to evaluate the management of a specific company. The work is theoreticaly defined and practicaly applied of the horizontal and vertical analysis, differential analysis and financial ratios, the analysis of profitability and decomposition of financial destress prediction models. Based on the evaluation of the results of financial analysis are identified weaknesses in the management of the company. These issues are solved in the proposal part of the thesis, focusing on appropriate recommendations to improve the current situation of the company management.

This work deals with the evaluation of the financial state of the selected company in years 2007 and 2012. Theoretical part deals with core of financial state, related terms and methods, which are used for the financial state rewiev. Practical part contains the finantial state rewiev of the selected company by the chosen elementary methods of financial analysis. The conclusion contains summarisation of the achieved results and suggestions for financial state improvement of the selected company.

This bachelor thesis is focusing on problems when deciding right business partner based on usage of prediction models, namely Springate's and Altman's models, Neumaiers' indices and Taffler index. The goal is to propose a system that will help with selecting a suitable accounting and tax service provider. The thesis is consisted of two parts. Firstly every model is introduced with its methodology. The second part will be testing of a proposed system on selected accounting and tax providers.

The Bachelor's Thesis "Assessing economic development of the company Clasic Cotton Ltd" aims to evaluate the financial health of the company through the economic analysis. The analysis is developed over a period of five years, from 2009 to 2013. The theoretical part describes the chosen methods of the analysis. The practical part is first introduced by Clasic Cotton Ltd. and subsequently analyzed in its environment. Among the methods used include - absolute indicators, ratios , pyramid decomposition Du Pont, economic value added, bankruptcy models and more. In conclusion, the analysis results are summarized and on their basis the development of the company is evaluated.

This bachelor thesis deals with the following bankruptcy and credibility models: index IN05, Edmister model, Fulmer H-score and Altman Z-score. The aim is to find a model that has the best predicative ability for SMEs. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part each model, its characteristics and method of calculation will be introduced. In the practical part the selected bankruptcy and credibility models will be applied on a sample of 20 bankrupt SMEs in Czech Republic.
