Job satisfaction of nurses on selected departnmens of FN Motol

Bachelor thesis on topic of "Job satisfaction of nurses on selected departments of FN Motol" is aiming determine job satisfaction of university graduates and vocationally educated. The thesis is divided to theoretical and empirical parts. Theoretical part brings you a brief review about job satisfaction of graduates and their motivation in FN Motol, as well as contribution and assessment of aninstructor in their adaptati on process. Empirical part includes survey given to all graduates with professional experience ranging from 3 to 24 months, working on all clinics and workplaces of FN Motol, but only in medical professions. Further goal has been primary data analysis and comparison of obtained data with previous surveys on this or a similar topics in the past years. Conclusion of the thesis includes summary of the most important findings based on survey and evaluation of given career goals.
