The diploma thesis deals with project documentation of new kindergartens in the cadastral area Rohatec. The building is self-standing, two-storey with a partial basement. It is a building designed for the upbringing and education of pre-school children. The capacity of kindergarten is 48 children divided into two classes. Part of the operation is a food preparation zone. The building is designed as a brick made of porous concrete blocks with mineral insulation, based on basic concrete passages. The roofing of the kindergarten is using warm flat roofs.

The subject of my thesis is the design non-celar two-storey family house with a shop of copy requirements and copycentr. The building is built in a quiet village in the Štíty near Šumperk, in the cadastral Štíty-město. The house is designed for 4 people. Access to the building and premises are wheelchair accessible. The support structures are built of aerated concrete blocks insulated slabs of mineral wool. House is built on a strip of plain concrete. The roof is a truss, saddle. The project is the work of the seminar focused on assessment of structures in terms of thermal and acoustic techniques.

Abstract The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is new building of family house with an existing wine cellar. You can find this house in Bratčice. The building has a charakter of rectangular ground plan with a gabled roof and also roof dormers. The house is designed in a slightly sloping terrain and it is limited by the borders of neighboring properties. It is two floor family house categorie 4 + 1 and existing wine cellar. There are applied classic materials with an emphasis placed on full functionality and aesthetics in The house. The dominant materials include porous concrete blocks, wood, ceramic products.

Bachelor thesis deals with the Family house with establishment and is solved as a new building with cellar and with one overground floor and residential attic. The object will be based on the strip foundation in addition with the baseplate. Perimeter bearing walls in the underground floor is made with the use of lost formwork BEST. Perimeter bearing walls in the overground floor consist of the PORFIX porous concrete blocks. Ceilings are made from the PORFIX ceiling system. Stairway from the basement is from the reinforced concrete, stairway from overground floor is wooden with the mortised stringers.

The project was prepared with complete documentation of a new Motel at the level of building construction documentation. Motel has a capacity of 25 double beds and one single bed for the disabled. Built-up area is 984,2 square meters. Enclosure is designed as a flat roof. The supporting structure of the building consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete frame. Building design emphasizes on static solution and layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety of use. Drawings were processed in software for design - AutoCad

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of exhibition gallery in the city center of Brno. The exhibition gallery consist of exhibition rooms, depositories, lecture hall, café, VIP room, entrance and communication spaces, hygienic facilities for visitors and employees, administrative premises of the gallery, air-conditioning and heating machinery. The SO01 object is processed in detail, the object SO02 is processed in the form of a study. Design of the exhibition gallery is based on the requirements of the student competition, the sponsor is Xella CZ, s.r.o. SO01 is designed as a four-storey building with three above-ground and one underground floors. The building has an exhibition area, a lecture hall, a café, a VIP room, entrance and communicative spaces, hygienic facilities for visitors and employees, air-conditioning machinery. The supporting structure of the building is designed as an assembled, prefabricated, reinforced concrete skeleton. Ceiling structures are designed as SPIROLL 250 mm pre-stressed ceiling panels. The facade is designed as two-layer ventilated. The exhibition gallery is designed with a single-layer flat vegetation roof.

The bachelor thesis focuses on a family house and a workshop.The family house is designed as a new two-floor building without a cellar. The workshop is designed as a new one-floor building without cellar. The buildings will be placed on foundational zones with additional foundational panel. Perimeter supporting and inner supporting walls are constituted by sand-lime bricks SENDWIX 8DF-LD. Ceiling ceramic construction KMB MIAKO is used above the whole first floor. Above the second floor is the roof construction made up from wooden tie beams G-N, which serve as ceiling as well. The roof of the workshop is made from wooden tie beams G-N. The staircase leading from the first to the second floor is made out of reinforced concrete.

The subject of my thesis work is design of two storey basementless family house with dental surgery. The building is located in the quiet part of Lower Lutyne with good access to the surrounding towns. The residential part of the house is designed to stay four people. Access to the building and into the clinic is wheelchair accessible. Before entering the clinic there are 5 parking spaces, one of which is intended for people with reduced mobility. The building is based on the footings, which first part is from plain concrete and second is made from porous concrete blocks inserted into the frost resistant depts. External walls are made of sand-lime bricks 200 mm wide and with contact insulation system 200 mm wide. Ceiling structure is solved ceiling panels Spiroll 250 mm wide. The gabled roof is made of wood trusses. The project includes a seminary work focused on the evaluation of the structures in terms of thermal technology and acoustics.
