Title: Casuistry of physiotherapy care of patient after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery of knee Objectives: The purpose of the theoretical part of the thesis is to introduce the issue of soft tissue injury of the knee joint, especially anterior cruciate ligament. Acquaintance with conservative and surgical treatment, physical therapy and physiotherapeutical care after ligament reconstruction surgery. The special part of the thesis presents casuistry of physiotherapy care of patient after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery of knee. Methods: Bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and special. The first part contains theoretical knowledge about soft tissue injury of the knee joint, possibilities of examination, conservative and surgical treatment. The second part is concerned with casuistry of physiotherapy care of patient. Results: During therapy the reflex changes in the right lower limb have been eliminated, the shortened muscles have been elongated, weakened muscles have been strenghtened and the joint play of the head of fibula and the patella has been re-established. Title: Casuistry of physiotherapy care of patient after plastic reconstruction of anterior and posterior cruciate ligament of knee joint Objectives: To summarise theoretic knowledge about knee joint soft structures injury and the possibilities of its therapy, especially physiotherapy care after plastic reconstruction of the ligaments. Then, to present casuistry of the patient after plastic reconstruction of anterior and posterior cruciate ligament. Summary: Thesis consists of two parts - general and special. In the general part, theoretic information about injuries of soft structures of the knee joint is summarised, as well as overview of posibilities of its examination (especially special tests) and therapy, both conservative and operative. The special part presents a casuistry of physiotherapy care of patient after plastic reconstruction of anterior and posterior ligament of the knee joint. Author worked with this patient while practising in Military University Hospital in Prague, since 2014-01-21 to 2014-01-31. Name of thesis: A case study of physiotherapeutical care of a patient after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery. Objectives: The purpose of the general part of this bachelor's thesis is to assess the matters of knee soft tissue injury with emphasis on the anterior cruciate ligament, the potentialities of conservative and surgical treatment and physiotherapeutical care in particular. The special part of the thesis is dedicated to the presentation of a case study of a patient after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery. The supporting records for the case study were obtained during continuous specialized bachelor's practice it the Hospital Na Bulovce in January 2013. Method: This bachelor's thesis consists of two parts: general and special. The general part has been produced in the form of literature search. The special section is concerned with the case study of physiotherapeutical care of a patient after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
