This thesis is focused on the impact of using soil conditioners in growing grapevine. In the experimental part the effect of Super Hume was evaluated at selected locations. It is impact on the quality and production was evaluated. The results were used to create the economic analysis when using Super Hume.
Ověření účinku biologického aditiva (WEFASAN Classic) na výnos ječmene jarního v podmínkách konvenčního zemědělského podniku

Biological additive Wefasan Classic is a helping soil substance which supports activity of soil micro-organisms. Then the soil is full of air and dissolved mineral substances are not lost in the free soil water. After that these mineral substances are more available for a crop. These crops have better health and higher yield. The aim of this thesis is finding out of beneficial effect on the higher yield of the crop. Research was realized in two production areas. The first area was the corn production area, the second was the beet production area. For the research was used two variants: an application of the full amount of the aditive, an application the separate amount of the aditive. These two variants was compared with the variant without the application of the additive. The yield and the matling quality of the grain were evaluated. After the analysis the conclusion was formulated. Differences between variants, which was applicated by the additive and the variant without the application, was inconclusive.

The literature review section of this thesis deals with the characteristics of types of lawns, and more about the methods of lawn making. Furthermore, in the thesis there is the description of natural and artificial soil conditioners. The thesis' experiment, which took place at the ZF MENDELU plots , consisted of landscaping, blown experimental plots, incorporation of Hydrogel and sowing seeds. The seeds used were either coated or uncoated seeds. The experiment consisted of 6 variants and each variant had three repetitions. The grasses rate of emergence, the amount of biomass after cutting and the depth of the root systems were tested on the sowed seeds. The fastest emergence and initial growth and the longest grass' length were observed in variant 3 in which seeds were coated with Hydro-absorbent and land applied with hydrogel at a dose of 50g.m2. Variant 3 also had the longest root system.

Thesis deals with the use of soil improvers in intensive types of lawns. The experiment was tried Hydrogel product in seven variants grass mixtures, which were sown in 2011. Own attempts began in the spring of 2013, and consisted of grass biomass measurement and monitoring of the state of vegetation. Further, the course of the precipitation and soil moisture beneath the turf, at a depth of 50 - 200 mm and 200 - 400 mm. The results indicate that most grass biomass over the whole vegetation period in 2013 was considered in the version Control. Among variant Hydrogel and controls was statistically significant difference. In the terms of individual measurements, however, influence hydroabsorbent Hydrogel weight not grass biomass among treatments grass mixtures significantly. Observing the morphological differences, there was no difference between the variant Hydrogel and control, and even between different by grass mixtures. Use hydroabsorbent can lead to better water-supply security.
