Mapping of a social services at the halfway house in Český Krumlov

The bachelor work focuses on a mapping of the social service in the Halfway House in Český Krumlov. The theoretic part includes chapters about the family and the child education, about juveniles, the alternative family care and state family care institutions. Following chapters describe a sphere of the social care, its definition, legislative and forms how it can be provided. The final chapter gives general specifications of the Halfway House social service. Part of the bachelor work was the research project that tries to map the social service provided by the Halfway House in a period 2010-2019. The analysis of datas and the quantitave processing of obtained datas was used.

In recent years the early intervention program and its forms with new theories and trends attract the attention of the public, the workers from other fields and also the parents themselves of children with disabilities, who appreciate the focus of the program on the family system. In my thesis I was interested in the early intervention in general. I also have dealt with the civic association the Society for Early Intervention program, which is one of the leading organizations in this field in the Czech Republic. The aim is to determine the satisfaction of our clients from the facilities providing comprehensive early intervention program in the Czech Republic for the clients with particular types of disability and compare the present satisfaction of the clients with the satisfaction in 2005. The satisfaction of the clients from facilities providing early intervention is at least five of the eight areas assessed positively and clients satisfaction is higher in 2011 than in 2005 - this is my working hypothesis I want to confirm. Problems of the education for parents of children with ilnesses of the moving apparatus.

This thesis adverts to an educational problems of parents, how do they perceive manner and content of information presented, how do they adapt to their child?s disease, what do they lack and what restricts them from satisfying their needs. Complex care for small patients suffering from musculoskeletal disorder should also encompass a degree of care towards parents. A nurse must, likewise, refer to their needs, knowledge, attitude, care about their mental condition, and provide them during the whole time with professional help and mental encouragement throughout coping with their difficult and demanding life situation, which the disease, the musculoskeletal disorder of their child, undoubtedly is. An outlook of nurses of this problem is also a part of this thesis.
