Specifics of a Financing Management of a Building Company in Economic Instability Phase

This thesis on specifics of financial management construction company in a time of economic instability is accompanied by the issue of management companies in times of crisis. It is divided into two parts: a theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on explaining concepts such as crisis and the company, which is followed by the very notion of crisis management. It describes how to recognize the crisis in the company and what tools can be used to solve it. The practical part looks at this from the perspective of management small and large companies, both have very similar content activities. In terms of big companies is being explored as a joint stock company Strabag, which is part of the Austrian multinational corporations. At the level of small business is focused on a limited liability company, which is active in smaler district. The main source of investigation in this thesis is the financial analysis applied to both companies. At the end of the work, the results of both companies compared.

Identifikace rizika a vývojových stádií krize v podniku a jejich řešení

The aim of this dissertation is to suggest and verify the process of risk's analysis in the chosen agricultural enterprise. The suggested methodical process of analysis comes out a persuasion, that primary attention is needed to give to a protection of carrying business assets. This process contains six basics steps. Firstly are identified potentials of company's success. Secondly to potentials of company's success are assigned assets. In the third step are chosen crucial business assets, which are object of further risk's analysis. Fourthly are identified threats of company's carrying assets. To each threat is set the size of potential damage and the probability of its occurrence. In the fifth step risks are drawn in risk's matrix. Finally are set recommendations for risk's regulation.

The application of crisis management in the management of health facilities

Thesis evaluates the possible use of approaches for crisis management in restructuring of health facility. Thesis combines expertise and approaches in crisis management as a V concept for restructuring of the Tomas's Bata Hospital in Zlín. Crisis management approaches are adapted to the regulatory requirements of health sector. It is also assessed whether it is possible to use all approaches in decision making with a large number of stakeholders in decision making process.

Podniková krize je období v životě podniku, které leží stranou hlavního zájmu podnikových ekonomů. Přitom právě ona může být pro podnik výrazným impulsem, který povede k jeho zefektivnění a rostoucí konkurenceschopnosti. Disertační práce se zabývá deskripcí krize jako takové a následným rozpracováním jednotlivých podnikových činností v krizi. Důraz klade zejména na popis cyklu krize, dále na krizovou komunikaci, krizové finanční řízení, řízení lidských zdrojů a krizový management.
