Vliv ročního období a pořadí laktace na kvalitu mleziva holštýnských krav ve vybraném podniku
Slechanová, Marie
The topic of the bachelor's thesis was to monitor the influence of the season and the order of lactation on the quality of colostrum of Holstein cows. The bachelor thesis is divided into several parts. In the literary research, the work deals with the characteristics, meaning and composition of colostrum. The theoretical part describes the effects on the quality of colostrum or colostrum preservation. In the practical part is characterized, the company that provided the data and samples for this work. Colostrum from dairy cows in the 1st to 3rd and higher lactations during the seasons was evaluated. Density, the amount of lactose in colostrum, and the percentage of fat, protein, and lactose were measured from the evaluation indicators. The results show that the quality of colostrum increases with increasing lactation. Based on the obtained results, it is not proven that the influence of the season has a major influence on the quality of colostrum. The measured values of the indicators were higher or lower on the monitored farm in accordance with the professional literature.
Analýza mléčné užitkovosti dojnic českého strakatého skotu v průběhu roku ve vybraném chovu
Čurda, Jaroslav
The aim of this bachelor thesis was the analysis of milk yield in dairy cows of Czech fleckvieh cattle during one calendar year in selected breeding. For this purpose, 12 measurements were made in individual months, where the monitored parameters included day in milk (DIM), number of lactation (n), milk yield (kg milk) and milk components, namely fat (%) and protein (%). The results show that the effect of season had a significant effect on the amount of milk produced (kg) and the milk components (fat, protein). The highest daily milk yield was achieved by dairy cows in spring months and the lowest in autumn and winter months (P < 0.01). The highest fat and protein contents were achieved in autumn and winter months (P < 0.01). The effect of lactation order on milk yield was highly significant. The highest milk yields were achieved in the 3rd lactation. The highest fat, protein and lactose contents were achieved in the 1st lactation (P < 0.01). The effect of lactation stage on milk yield was statistically significant, with the highest milk yields being achieved in the first 100 days of lactation. The lowest was at 301 days or more. The content of milk components (fat, protein) was highest at 301 days and more (P < 0.01).

Bacholor thesis is focused on the analysis of vital sings in the pens. The aim is to these vital sings analyze and evaluate the results. The first half is devoted to the theoretical basis of the issue. The introductory part introduces the concepts of Holstein cattle, milk yield, lactation, ethology and technology cattle housing. The practikal part is processed by a specifict analysis. Observations took place in the summer, in July and August one a month. Followed mainly the following activities: eating, drinking, chewing, urine, standing, lying down. Attention was also paid to the efficiency of dairy cattle and lactaion. From the rusults it was found that the yield was higher, the content of milk components was lower. And this was recorded for lactation with increasing lactation yield going up, but the lower the value of dairy ingredients. Dairy cows on the second higher lactation lay more than cows at first lactation.
Some factors affecting milk somatic cell count
ŠPIKLOVÁ, Hana
The aim of this thesis was to compare somatic cells count (SCC) in milk depending on certain factors (month, milk system, lactation). Besides of SCC, also other parameters of milk quality were monitored. Milk sampling took place for 11 weeks in 2017 and samples were taken from 15 milked cows of the Czech Simmental breed. During the milk sampling were used two different parameters of pulsation. Pulsation adjustment significantly shortened the time of milking from 7,34 minutes in average to 6,19 minutes in average (P<0,001). After pulsation adjustment the SCC decreased from 188,000/ml to 154,000/ml as well, however, differences were not statistically significant. Concerning other factors the SCC was mostly affected by the number of lactation (P<0.01), primiparous cows had significantly lower values of the SCC (45,000/ml) that multiparous cows (237,000/ml).
Vyhodnocení vlivu rodičů na velikost plodu v době porodu
Hrazdirová, Vladěna
The diploma thesis entitled "Evaluation of the influence of parents on the size of a foetus at the time of birth" focuses on evaluating the maternal and paternal relationship to the size of a calf of the Friesian breed in the agricultural enterprise VOS Zemědělců, a.s. Velké Opatovice. The research part focused on measuring the dimensions of a mother (height at the withers, width of tubers costae, width of tubers sacrale, width of tubers ischiadicum), on the lactation order, date of insemination, date of calving and the course of birth. In calves, the dimensions of the width of the head, length of the head, birth weight and sex were observed. Year-long measurements were followed by statistical processing and evaluation of the data based on the results obtained from the measurements of individual cows, heifers and calves during birth. The diploma thesis analyses a database of the number of bulls and heifers for the reference period for which the birth weight and the course of birth were assessed. Furthermore, it assesses the influence of the lactation order of breeding cows on the size of offspring. The breeding cows were divided by the lactation order which is in accordance with their age. Another indicator monitored was the duration of gravidity and its relation to the size of the calf. The breeding cows were divided into 3 groups with various duration of gravidity. Twelve bulls with 312 offspring were included in a more detailed analysis. The relationship of a breeding bull in relation to the duration of gravidity, the size of offspring and the course of birth was assessed. The evaluated results are given at the end of this thesis.
Vlivy působící na množství somatických buněk v mléce holštýnských krav ve vybraném chovu
Hájková, Kamila
The aim of this thesis was to assess and evaluate various influences on somatic cell count of Holstein cows milk in a selected dairy farm. Five years (2012-2016) of monitoring animal recordings was used as a basis for studying and finding indicators that affect of somatic cells count. Milk yield, fat and protein content were also analyzed from data taken from animal recordings. We studied effects of the month, the year, the number of lactation and the milk yield. Mean values and other statistical indicators of milk compounds (minimum, maximum, coefficiet of variation, standard deviation) were determined and then compared with the other months and years. The results show that milk yield, number of lactation, month of the year effects somatic cell count. Weak correlation was found for influence the fat and protein content on somatic cell count.
Vliv ročního období na projevy chování a parametry mléčné užitkovosti u dojnic holštýnského skotu ve vybraném chovu
Martinková, Petra
In this diploma thesis, the effect of the season on behavioral and milk yield parameters was monitored. The living manifestation included the number of standing and lying cows. Laterality was measured during lying (left and right side preferences). For all dairy cows, the milk yield parameters were also determined: daily milk yield (kg milk), lactation order (n) and lactation phase (days). The observation took place at Farm Hvozdná near Zlín. The subject of the observation was the production stable, where Holstein cattle were housed. The total number of dairy cows surveyed was 2,741 cases. Based on the results, the largest part of standing cows was in Spring (335 cases) and the largest part of lying cows in Autumn (290 cases). The highest average milk yield was found in the summer season (30.2 kg), the smallest in autumn (27.9 kg). This difference in milk yield was statistically significant (p <0.05). The highest milk yield was achieved by cows, which were lying (28.78 kg). The influence of behavior on the order and phase of lactation was statistically significant (p <0.05) in standing cows. It was found that all groups of cows, whether they were divided by season, milk yield, order or phase of lactation, preferred more left side when they were lying. This preference was highly statistically significant (p <0.01).

Vliv teploty vzduchu ve vazné stelivové stáji na chování dojnic
Hladíková, Michala
This thesis deals with the behavior of dairy cows in the stable binding litter depending on the internal temperature of the stable order of lactation , milk production and udder . At the time of observation was recorded every hour position cows - standing , lying on the left or right side . When observations were also measured air temperature , as a major influence on the behavior of dairy cows. The observations took place in 2013 from the month of July to December , twice each month. A total of 12 observations took place . Observation was carried out in the same place as when undergraduate work, four-row barn type K174 breeding cows of Holstein cattle in the farm production cooperative Mezilesí Krakovany. The observed values were then processed with the measured temperature data from monitoring performance , with data on the state of the mammary gland and evaluated in Excel 2007, and the 10th Statictica cz During the evaluation , there were no significant value , which would affect the behavior of dairy cows . The cows were found is in the range of optimum temperature . The effect of lactation on standing and lying cows , showed only performing more frequent lying down and getting up in dairy cows at first lactation. Udder on dairy cow behavior was demonstrated. Show only the preference of the left side while lying down.
