The subject of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the implementation of new sports and cultural centre Otradov. The dominant feature of the complex objects stands and multipurpose hall. The building is architecturally designed with an effort to fit in too much of rural architecture. Multipurpose hall has two floors, one third roofed flat roof, two-thirds of the roof ridge. The core system is aerated concrete blocks. The building is two-storey grandstand with the carrier deck. Roofing is solved by means of broken wooden beams. Sanitary facilities is dealt wall system and roofed shed roof. Athletics track, the surface of the polyurethane mixture designed for sports.

Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

The area of the project is located in the calm part Brno - Komín. The current build up area is composed of the family houses and low flat houses. The area is on the ledge of the city, there is a good connection to the nature and also to the city center. The concept is trying to fill the current area with the quality and functional raster, which creates friendly public spaces for residents. The residential area respects the high of the buildings and keeps the way to the forest on east free. The design is splitted in more parts. The first are four floors high flat houses, which respect contour line from west to east. In between the houses are new public areas with playgrounds for children and also one multifunctional playground with the option for summer cinema. On the south the three floors high town houses are located. The last part is the residence for pensioners. This house is located on the east under the hill. From this place is possible to go directly to the forest and on the hill. On the north part of the area is alley with the path to the woods. New living area should react to this part of the city and create enjoyable place for residents.

Title: Proposal of adventure sports complex in the village Štěchovice Objectives: The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design an adventure sports complex in the village Štěchovice. This can be achieved by careful placing of individual elements to attract and persuade people to spend their leisure time actively. This adventure sports complex should be suitable not only for children, but also for adults and seniors. Methods: During creation of this bachelor thesis, there was used a descriptive analysis of documents, various written materials, websites and links. There was also used another method - field investigation (to find a suitable space for the realization of the project in Štěchovice and exploration of nearby surroundings for any running or cycling trails). Results: The result of this bachelor thesis is a project that contains two proposals of adventure sports complex in the village Štěchovice. The proposal will serve as a basis for possible implementation of the project. The results of the analysis of documents can be used in the future for creating similar facilities in the Czech republic.
