Planning and managing of production in small and medium sized enterprises

The name of this bachelor work is "Planning and managing of production in small and medium sized enterprises". This work deals analysis of planning and managing of production in the two factories with proposal to improve their process of production. Theoretical concepts on these issues are summarize in the review of literature. The practical part of this work deals about production, process of production, products and processing of requisition. Part of CENTES factory complements list of daily work activity of one employee, summary list of daily work activity and work list of product. From identified facts in factory Moravia Lacto were designed solution in area of propagation and advertising. It was recommended to expansion of the range in milk products for children and establishment the new sales place in centre of Jihlava. In factory of CENTES was designed appropriate solutions for inconvenient storage place and recommendation for improve working condition and motivation of employees. The bachelor work can bring a new feedbacks and suggestions to improve production in these factories.

This bachelor thesis is focus decision-making processes in s. n. o. p. cz a.s. Písek company, concretely a decision-making about managing of stock and planning and managing of production. The first part includes a rough description of company complete with organization chart. The second part treats of default knowledge of decision-making theory, managing of stock and planning and managing of production, that are pillar of this bachelor thesis. The main part contains detailed description of decision-making processes.
