KOPEČEK Václav: Production of the bearing cover . The bearing cover is product rotational shape used in a single-stage gearbox. It is made from material ČSN 17 247 with 60 000 per year in series. The most optimal option of production, which is proposed based on the literary study, is the technology of conventional draught with blankholder. A tool, punch and die were chosen due to performed technology and structural calculatios. And it was also determined the machine CTC 250 with nominal power 250 kN. It was fixed price 27 CZK for one piece from an economic evaluation.

The design which was work out in college plan M2I-K is setting up a production technology for an wall clamp from a steel plate 11 321.1. Based on the literature search it was chosen optimal technology of cutting and forming. Structural and technological calculations were implemented for these methods and the composite machine tool was projected. The eccentric bending press CDCH 3000P was chosen because of its working power. Working parts of the tool are made from steel 19 436.3. Price of the component is 36 Czech crowns which is result
Production of parts for window fittings

This project submits a proposal for manufacturing technology of casement and frame window hardware base, made of 11343.23 steel 2,5 mm in thickness and with 15000 pieces annual production volume. The components form an integral part of a window hardware arrest mechanism. From potential variants of manufacturing, the technology of stamping and bending, with the use of a combined tool, was chosen. A bibliographic search examining these technologies was made and the machine LE 250 with nominal forming force 2 500kN was selected. The project comprises structural and technological calculations, including the combined tool design. In the economical part of the project, the product prices were quoted and the break-even point was determined. The break-even point is broken as soon as 13 046 pieces are manufactured.
