CONSTRUCTIONAL-TECHNOLOGICAL STUDY OF HALL REALIZATION IN BLANSKO

This diploma thesis deals with solution of construction of steel hall in Blansko. In this thesis is solved constructional-technological study of construction of steel hall. The thesis focuses in assembly of steel skeleton. More specifically deals with traffic situation around building, time and financial plan of the building for individual objects, draft of equipment of construction site, design of the main lifting machines and mechanisms, schedule of the main building object, safety measures at the construction site and ensuring quality requirements for the installation of a steel skeleton. Extra is processed itemized budget with bill of quantities, risk plan of construction of steel hall and construction details. This building is very interesting about architectural design. The basis for this thesis was a drawing documentation for realization of this construction.

Constructive - Technological Project of Medical Center in Vizovice

The diploma thesis is based on a project of medical centre in Vizovice. The medical centre is designed as a three-floor building with a receding top floor. Building foundations are designed from foundation pads and strips from reinforced concrete, the load-bearing masonry is designed from hollow clay blocks ZELUS, a reinforced concrete ceiling is designed as a bracing element. The medical centre is roofed by a flat roof with a PVC covering. This thesis deals with the budget and time plan of the whole construction, transport accessibility of the building, building maintenance instructions and maintenance costs for 25 years, daylighting of room number 1.32, an engineering report of construction site equipment and its drawing, a design of lifting mechanism of the site equipment, a plan for transport of concrete and concreting the floor slabs. The thesis is mainly focused on roofing of the medical centre, technological regulation for the roofing and reinforced concrete floor slabs is elaborated, as well as a control and test plan for the floor slabs from the reinforced concrete and for the roof PVC foil.

Office building in Trencin - construction technology project

The subject of my dissertation is to describe construction technology project of the administration building in Trencin. I focused on the budget, work schedule, environmental protection, appropriate setup of temporary objects on the construction site and efficient machine assembly. Result of work represents possible construction progression with focus on site condistions.

The master thesis with the name Selected Parts of Building -Technological Project of Biogas Station in Heralec solves preparation and realization of building. The aim of master thesis is to design of time, financial and material resources. The thesis contains budget, time schedule, building-site, technological standard, control and trial plan, assessment of lifting mechanism and study of realization of the main stages. The thesis is prepared on the basis of technical documents submitted by the designer. Part of the thesis is specialization.

Commercial building in Brno - the construction technological planning

The aim of my thesis was to perform construction and technological preparation of the construction of commercial house in Brno in the street Křídlovická. The introduction contains the expected design and construction process of the proposed building as a whole. It is also prepared a preliminary draft of the financial cost of the entire project designed according THU and object schedule. Furthermore, the implementation of the project construction site for a major part of the commercial house. Gradually work focuses mainly on the implementation of the technological stage of construction site with detailed processing procedure for the implementation of monolithic concrete structures of the building.

The Flat-building in Olomouc, Nezval street, civil technological project

As the basis of this diploma thesis served a project of a flat house in Nezvalova Street. This flat house is designed as 7 floors high building with undergrounds garages and commercial space in the ground floor. Foundation of this building is done using reinforced concrete pilots, continued by monolithic reinforced concrete scelet. Both circumferential casing and internal walls are built using ceramic concrete blocks Porotherm, on top of which is a layer contact insulation system from EPS. Roofing of this building is done using asphalt bands into flat roof; one part of the roof is designed as “green roof” and is covered by soil substrate. This diploma thesis covers building technology preparation of construction. It includes time schedule of construction, accessibility to the building site, technical report and blueprints of building site equipment, risk plan, draft of main tools and processes for construction, instructions on how to use housing units. The main aim of this diploma thesis is around building a monolithicreinforced concrete scelet, for which a technological manual was created, control and probationary plan and blueprints of formwork for vertical and horizontal constructions. Additionally this thesis covers roofing using flat roof and asphalt belts.

Production site ITAB Boskovice - rough upper construction

The main purpose of this dissertation is to design and describe technological stage of rough upper construction of production hall, which is part of production site ITAB. It focuses on the budget, work schedule, providing of energy sources, appropriate setup of temporary objects on the construction site and creation of the effective construction procedure. Result of this work represents possible construction progression with focus on the construction speed of the steel structure.

Construction technological project of factory hall in Bílovec

This thesis addresses the construction of steel buildings in Bílovec. In this work we are solved structurally technological study of the construction of steel buildings. The work deals with the traffic situation around the building and a landing distance. The thesis focuses on the installation for the steel skeleton and industrial floors of wire reinforced concrete, time and financial plan, project, site equipment, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, timelines, capital construction object, then control plan for the steel skeleton and industrial floor. Moreover, it is processed itemized budget including bills of quantities, Risk Plan for the steel skeleton and industrial flooring and design details. The basis for this work was the design documentation for the realization of this project.

Community elderly home in Tršice - Structural Work

The aim of my bachelor thesis is the construction and technological solution of the rough building of the Seniors Community House in Tršice. The communal house consists of twelve residential units, common and social rooms. Part of the work is technical report, building site, transport, technology prescription, control and test plan, risk plan, environmental protection, item budget and timetable. The project documentation from the VAteler design studio was used to process this work.

This thesis includes the construction technology project of the production hall of the company PP&T. The work includes technical report object, technological specification for the shell construction, quality control, report site equipment, a report describing the health and safety forth motion of mechanical assemblies, and a report describing the transport relations. The annexes drawings of site equipment, connection details of prefabricated elements, plan of risks, budget and schedule for the main subject and time financial plan for the whole construction.
