Identifying the problems of a beginning teacher at the secondary school as a starting point for designing of the adaptation plan

This bachelor thesis called "Identifying the problems of a beginning teacher at the secondary school as a starting point for designing of the adaptation plan" focuses on the adaptation of the beginning secondary school teachers and their adaptation into the new team of school staff. The aim of the work is to identify the work-legal and organizational problems of the beginning teacher and to contribute to an effective elimination of the problems. Then the beginning teacher can concentrate on his pedagogical activities. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a research of professional literature and elaborates in detail managerial procedures for adaptation of employees with focus on teachers in schools. The adaptive process of beginning staff is viewed from both formal and informal levels. The theoretical part also contains an extract from the current legislation on the care of beginning school teachers (valid at the time of handing over the work) as well as a research of the experts' recommendations and recommendations, which have already been dealt with by the adaptation of the beginning teachers.
