TITLE OF THE WORK The use of CrossFit in armed forces and fire brigade in the Czech Republic. DEFINITION OF THE PROBLEM This work focuses primarily on the detection of awareness of the members of the Czech Republic army, of the Czech Republic police and of the Czech Republic fire brigade about the CrossFit as possible way of training which leads to better physical condition according to present rules and legal norms of system of physical trainig, as well as in present practiced form of physical training. MAIN GOALS The main objective is to determine what is the awareness of CrossFit in the CzechArmy, Police of the Czech Republic and finally the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic. At the same time, this work aims to find out how CrossFit used in these folders. PLAN OF PROCESSING At the beggining of bachelor theses will be introduced CrossFit as complex, all-purpose program and life style. Next will be introduced phylosophy of changes of tests of motorical abilities of soldiers of US army and present incorporation of CrossFitt in to the physical preparation of most of the troops acting in USA. Load comparison between different small sided games in young footballers

Title: Comparing the level of load in different types of small football games in young junior category Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the influence of individual variable parameters (goal of the game, involvement of goalkeepers, involvement of jokers, rules) in small football games (SSG) on external and internal load of players in elite players of category under 14. Methods: The research group consisted of 10 players from the U14 category. Data were recorded using GPSports and a Polar T34. Each of compared small games differed in goal, number of players, rules and size of the playing area. During testing, we measured the total distance (m/min), speed (km / h), heart rate (heart rate/min), acceleration and deceleration (m.s-2 ) and high metabolic load distance (m/min) Results: From the results of the work, we confirmed that the individual SSG formats have different effects on the external and internal load of players. Players ran greater total distances in measured position games, than in games with goalkeepers. While the average maximum speed was very similar in all games, in positional games compared to games with goalkeepers, the players measured a higher average speed. Physical education and physical training systems in the armies of European countries

Title Physical education and physical training systems in the armies of European countries. Purposes The aim of this thesis is to identify the anchoring and stability of physical training in selected European armies. Methods Using a questionnaire survey, I gained information on selected European armies. I asked 40 soldiers from foreign armies by email. The questionnaire included 21 questions, of which 11 were open-ended and 10 were closed-ended. Questionnaires were collected by application Google forms that allows creating and managing questionnaires. Although the research results can not be quantified, due to the topic of research and opportunities to conduct the research I have chosen a quantitative method of data collection and specifically a questionnaire survey. Results They compare physical training systems in European armies. The results show differences between systems. The results show that the selected European armies have a very similar system of physical education and agree with most of the criteria examined. Title: Comparison of physical preparation for preschool children in the rhythmic gymnastics clubs Objectives: The main objective of this work is compare physical preparation in the two rhythmic gymnastics clubs for preschool children Methods: In this work, we used the analysis and comparison. The analysis was utilized in the analysis of movement preparation and comparison of comparing the training unit in each section Results: Differences were detected in the part of temporal distribution of training unit and in the execution time of flexibilities exercises. Tittle: Physical preparation of children and youth in sport shooting Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to describe the training models and approaches for sports training for children and youth in sport shooting. Methods: In this work, an analysis of current theoretical knowledge about the issue of physical training in sport shooting, which were derived from sports models the correct approach in the shooting training children and youth. The comparison of these models was created a comprehensive overview of the best sports training for children and youth in sport shooting. Results: Autor of this thesis created a model of practices and exercises that can be applied in youth shooting clubs. Specific and fitness testing of goalies HC Motor Czech Budejovice\\

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to test specific and fitness abilities of goalkeepers of HC Motor Czech Budejovice. In the theoretical part of this thesis, based on content analysis of literature research, the author presents motoric abilities, development patterns and overview of most frequently used tests. In the practical part of thesis, the author deals with creating and verifying tested battery. It was designed using the knowledge gained from books reference and self- experience of a player and a coach as well. To obtain the results of performance of particular motoric abilities the author used testing method. The outcomes were subsequently compared with the evaluation of given motoric abilities on ice. The author acquired the evaluation from goalkeeper's coaches of HC Motor Czech Budejovice. Final results are described and thereafter tabularly presented.
The Physical Preparation of Children at Athletic Preparatory

Title: The Physical Preparation of Children at Athletic Preparatory Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis was to check the level of the kinetic literacy at schools or other hobby groups by children at the preparatory age. Also a set of exercises for testing the basic coordinative abilities was created. These exercises are suitable for children between the ages of 6 and 8. Methods: In this bachelor thesis the following methods were used: descriptive analysis, questionnaires, observation and data analysis. Results: With the help of the questionnaire one found out that the spectra of motional activities by children from the primary school level gradually extends hand in hand with their age. Another finding was the fact that more than the half of the interviewed children attends also another kinetic group than just the athletic one. Floorball had the major representation among them. Three exercises from the set were defined as unsuitable for children between the ages of 6 and 8. These were the exercises 7, 9 and 16.
