The aim of this master„s thesis is detailed study of multipilot airliner?s crew in sence of optimalization of its actions, which is known as Crew Resource Management (CRM). This paper shows what is the main purpose of CRM through the air crash investigations and human factor analysis. According to this findings, the last chapter presents problems of flight crew planning and personnel selection.

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysing the process of recruitment and personnel selection of school headmaster. The goal is to review the process of recruitment and personnel selection of school headmaster in the Liberec region and make proposals for a school founders. The theoretical part gives concepts of human resource management and bankruptcy proceedings. The practical part of the thesis includes research via questionnaire and document analysis. Based on the data of research are suggested recommendations for the school's founder. The main recommendation is to expand the criteria for the selection of school headmaster. The bachelor thesis is focused on human resource management. The thesis is divided into two parts the theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the summary of the terminology occurring in the practical part. These include the definition of human resource management concepts of selection and training of staff. The practical part contains the characteristics of the selected subject, further analyzes the current state of the selection and training of clerks. At the end of the work deals with suggestions to improve and improvement the current state of the selection and training of clerks.

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the processes of acquisition and selection of employees in IT companies during the economic recession. The first part describes general methods of recruitment in IT companies. It characterizes different methods of employees selection and describes their benefits and risks. The second part analyzes the acquisition and selection of employees in one specific Czech IT company. It evaluates different methods of recruitment in terms of candidates success in the selection process. It also analyzes the processes of recruitment and basic HR indicators. The end of the work makes recommendations to the analyzed company that can help to reduce costs and increase effectiveness of recruitment processes.
