	The case study of a physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with a diagnosis of per-subtrochanteric femur fracture Vondrysová, Kristýna ; Vomáčková, Helena (advisor) ; Slezáková, Petra (referee) Title: The case study of a physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with a diagnosis of per- subtrochanteric femur fracture Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate theoretical and practical knowledge of the diagnosis of per-subtrochanteric femur fracture and to process the case study of a patient with this diagnosis. Conclusion: This bachelor thesis is divided into general and special part. The general part is focused on the diagnosis of per-subtrochanteric femoral fracture, there is a comprehensive description of the hip joint and fracture division in this area, it contains informations about conservative and surgical treatment and a summary of PFN approach and possible physiotherapeutic procedures. The special part is focused on the case study of the patient with the diagnosis. It contains a description of the performed daily therapies, initial and final kinesiological examination, short-term and long-term therapeutic plan and overall evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: The goals set out in the short-term therapeutic plan have been met. The muscle strength of the weakened left lower limb muscles increased, the range of motion to flexion in the hips and knees increased, the tension of the hypertonic muscles of the lower limbs decreased, the swelling and pain in the thigh and...
