Title: The case study of a physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with a diagnosis of per- subtrochanteric femur fracture Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate theoretical and practical knowledge of the diagnosis of per-subtrochanteric femur fracture and to process the case study of a patient with this diagnosis. Conclusion: This bachelor thesis is divided into general and special part. The general part is focused on the diagnosis of per-subtrochanteric femoral fracture, there is a comprehensive description of the hip joint and fracture division in this area, it contains informations about conservative and surgical treatment and a summary of PFN approach and possible physiotherapeutic procedures. The special part is focused on the case study of the patient with the diagnosis. It contains a description of the performed daily therapies, initial and final kinesiological examination, short-term and long-term therapeutic plan and overall evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: The goals set out in the short-term therapeutic plan have been met.
