The Business Plan for Setting Up a Patisserie in Brno-venkov District

The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a new patisserie in the village of Mokrá-Horákov. The first, theoretical part of the thesis contains the theoretical starting points defining the business idea, concept and structure of the business plan and description of methods used for strategic analysis of the environment in the given issue. The analytical part of the thesis builds on the results of analysis of the general and business environment of the company, its own marketing research and analysis of own resources and capabilities. On the basis of these analysis a suitable strategy for the start-up company is chosen. The suggestion part contains the complete processing of the parts of the plan according to the basic content structure, following the chosen strategy so that the business project is not only feasible but also viable.
Detached house with a patisserie

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the house with a patisserie located in Litomyšl. It is a two storey detached building. The building has a rugged floor plan consists of three rectangles, which are irregularly superimposed over each other. The building is covered gable roof over the living area and two flat roofs over the operation of pastry shops and garages. On the first floor is composed of operation patisserie shop with seating (including a separate barrier-free WC for women and men), kitchen, warehouse and production facilities for employees (WC, shower and dressing room). In another wing of the building adjacent to the ice cream parlor are located residential portion of the house (kitchen, living room and office) with a technical background (utility room and WC) and a corridor from which enters via a staircase to the second storey. In this part of the building is a hall with study, living rooms (two children's rooms and bedroom), room of homework and bathroom. In the last wing is a double garage, which follows the house through a vestibule. The shop is part of the operation pergola covered terrace and parking areas. The work includes text messages, drawings for building construction, fire safety design, construction and physical assessment of building structures and seminar work of wooden facade cladding.
