Administrative building

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of administrative building in Brno. The main entrance to the building is oriented to the south-east. The building is L-shaped and it is designed as a two-storey, partly with a cellar. The perimeter bearing masonry of the above-ground floors is designed from ceramic blocks of thickness 300 mm and the internal bearing masonry of thickness 250 mm. After that the basement masonry is made of concrete blocks thickness 300 mm cast in concrete. Internal non-bearing masonry made of ceramic blocks thickness 115 mm. The insulation of the building is designed as a certified contact insulation system of EPS material. The horizontal bearing structures are designed as a ceramic prefabricated rib-and-filler floor with concrete grout. The stairs are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic. The roof is warm flat roof with an extensive vegetation layer.
Detached house, Nové Město nad Metují

The topic of this bachelor thesis is processing of a project documentation of a new family house in Nové Město nad Metují. The object is designed as a two-floor house, partly with a cellar. It is projected for 4 persons and its size is 4+1. Ground floor is designed into the shape of uneven „T“, while the first floor takes shape of rectangle. First floor is roofed by a saddle-shaped roof with an inclination of 30°, while the other parts of the object have a flat roof. Surface is made from wooden facade and contact thermal insulation system. Parking place is situated next to the object. The place is roofed together with a part of the first floor by the same flat roof. The construction is made from ceramic blocks and lost formwork. It has got monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings and stairway.
Family house

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of the new family house in Litovel. The family house is designed on a flat terrain partly with basement with one above ground floor and residential attic. The object is designed for a four-member family. The ground plan of the house is designed as rectangular. The supporting walls are of one-layer ceramic masonry, the basement supporting masonry is of concrete lost formwork. The ceiling structure consists of a reinforced concrete slab and ceramic ceilings. The roof of the building consists of a saddle roof with a concrete roofing. Part of the building is a garage for one car.
Detached house with solicitor´s office

The subject of my bachelor thesis is a new-building of a detached house with a solicitor’s office in Obora near Boskovice. The objects are separated from each other and each of them makes a separate unit. The building is located in the suburb of Obora in slightly sloping terrain. The “T” shaped house is designed for a four membered family with a comfort dispositive organization. The house is ground floor, partly with a cellar, roofed by a saddle roof with a traditional wooden trussing. The organization and size of the windows in both objects are designed in order to have a view to the countryside. The solicitor’s office is a ground floor object roofed by flat roof. It consists three offices, one meeting room and sanitary facilities. The structural system of both objects is longitudinal, wall. The vertical load-bearing constructions are made from cut ceramic blocks. The horizontal constructions in the detached house are monolithic, ferroconcrete and in the solicitor’s office they are half-prefabricated, ceramics-concrete. The project was made in AutoCad software application, 3D model in 3D modelling computer program SketchUp.
Energy efficient house

The topic of this bachelor thesis is processing of a project documentation of a new Energy efficient family house. The new family house is located in Šternberk. The object is designed as two-floor house, partly with a cellar in the rectangular shape. The house is covered with a grable roof and a garage next to the house with a mono-pitched roof. Facade of house is white with decorative of elements stone veneer. The construction is made from ceramic blocks and basement is made from permanent formwork.
Family residence with two flats in town Trutnov

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is processing of building – technical part of project documentation for realization of new building of family house with two housing units in town Trutnov. The house is partly with a cellar and has two above-ground floors. The house is roofed with two gable roofs. The construction is designed from traditional building materials. The part of this thesis is also seminar work on subject waterproofing of lower part of the building and white bath.
Apartment building

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create project documentations for implementation of construction. Projected apartment block is situated in the northern part of Moravské Budějovice. The object is designed as detached building, which has 3 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor (partly with a cellar), it is fitted into a gentle northern slope. A total of 11 housing units are designed in the above-ground part of the building, technical system and storage areas for individual apartments are located in the basement. In the apartments on the south-west side of the building, overhanging balconies are designed in the above-ground part, terrace is on the ground floor. The base construction is designed from reinforced concrete belts. The perimeter wall in the basement is designed from blocks of permanent formwork. The perimeter wall in the above-ground floor and internal load-bearing masonry are made of brick blocks. Ceiling constructions are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic slab. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer flat vegetative roof. The whole house is thermally insulated with and external heating system.
