Active filters with resonant circuits for correction of loudspekaker system frequency response
Karelin, Iurii ; Hanák, Pavel (referee) ; Balík, Miroslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the synthesis of active frequency filters, that are designed for the correction of frequency response of loudspeaker systems for the educational purposes in laboratory. The aim of the thesis is to explore various solutions with different degrees of parameter tunability and to implement selected solutions in the form of interchangeable modules for the modular system mAPC-x2. Two single-unit modules implementing a set of non-parametric filters with switchable center frequency and utilizing synthetic inductors, and one fully parametric dual module utilizing the KHN biquad topology with the capability of independent parameter regulation, were designed and manufactured. Those filters were tested, fine-tuned, and integrated into the existing laboratory assignment of the BPC-REP subject.
