Schneiderová, Šárka ; Doležal, Petr (referee) ; Kameníčková, Ivana (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on influence of reduced tillage technology of soil processing on it´s near-surface soil layer (0 to 10 cm). The research was carried out on agricultural land near Šardičky village, where company ZEMO spol. s r.o. provides long-term use of reduced tillage technology. In 2016 the soil quality in this site was evaluated by using physical and hydrophysical parameters, results are presented in the previous bachelor thesis "Selected hydrophysical parameters as indicators of soil quality.". In diploma thesis in addition chemical and other hydrophysical properties have been evaluated to provide a comprehensive assessment of soil quality. In 2016, poppy seed was grown on this site and spring barley was grown in 2017 and 2018. Grab samples and intact soil cores were taken during the vegetation period of the crop. After three years of experimental research, in which I participated, it is possible to assess the development of individual parameters and the influence of reduced tillage technology on near-surface soil layer. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with the description of the reduced tillage technology and problematics of the determination of soil parameters, which are used for evaluation of the quality of the near-surface layer. The practical part deals with evaluation of these parameters according to various authors and describes the development of soil quality during years 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Voldán, Fabián
The diploma thesis ,,The effect of the application of plasma-activated water on se-lected soil properties in different soil types” researched the effect of the application of plasmatic activated water (PAW) on six different location. This diploma thesis researched soil conductivity and soil reaction. The samples were taken from thirteen locations in autumn 2020. In the year 2021 was done container experiment with application PAW and distilled water. One of the samples was inspecting sample without application PAW and distilled water. This experiment was repeated in the year 2022. The PAW was made from distilled water in DBD system with liquid electrode. Based on the results it follows that the application of PAW is addicted on the soil properties. Although the PAW was applicated in the high dose no significant changes which should result in the end of the use of PAW in agriculture or in other environmental sector.
Hodnocení aberace půdy vybraných katastrů okresu Třebíč
Nováček, Miroslav
This bachelor thesis focuses on farmland aberration, which is the change in soil properties over time, this change can be positive or negative. To determine the form of aberration, the results of soil analysis were compared with the results of a Comprehensive soil survey from 1965, in the cadastral area of the municipalities of Hartvíkovice and Popůvky in the Třebíč district. The compared values include mainly soil exchange reaction, grain size and humus content. Various soil degradation processes, including water and wind erosion, acidification, loss of organic matter and compaction, cause the negative aberration. After analysis, the results showed that for all the probes examined, positive aberration occurred with an increase in pH and humus content. There was a change in the grain composition of the soils and some soil horizons were shortened.
Indicators of ecosystem recovery after heavy disturbances
Hermová, Markéta ; Frouz, Jan (advisor) ; Hardekopf, David (referee)
Minerals mining have huge impacts on the coutrryside and fundamentally change its character. The restoration of the habitats can be done basically in two ways. The mine can be either abandoned and left to natural succession or recultivated. In order to decide how to proceed on actual site, we have to carefully consider all the surroundings and set the objective we want to reach. Naturally, we are not able to monitor all the characteristics present in given locality and their changes. Therefore it is highly convenient to use a set of indicators, which can cover majority of these characteristics and will sensitively respond to development of the whole ecosystem. I decided to use three types of indicators in this study. These are physiochemical environment, ecosystem production and diversity. Through these indicators I have analysed the restoration possibilities of degraded ecosystems in localities used for coal mining in former times. I have chosen coal because it is an important commodity in Czech Republic.
Efekt pomalu rozpustných hnojiv na pedochemické charakteristiky půdního prostředí ve vrcholových partiích Králického Sněžníku
Kadlec, Jiří
The thesis deals with the influence of fertilizers to the chemical characteristic of soil in the upper parts of Králický Sněžník. Fertilizer´s series Silvamix and calcareous dolomite were used as fertilizer. The fertilising products were applied directly to planted saplings. One and three years from the application of fertilising products effect of fertilizers on the soil was determined used samplings of soil and laboratory examinations. Impact of fertilising products on soil reaction, sorption saturation of soil, volume of nutrient, carbon and nitrogen was investigated. Based on the analysis we can say that the best fertilizer products are Silvamix R30TE and Silvamix R30S in this research area.

Pol, Jiří
This thesis deals with measuring pH and ORP soils field and laboratory methods. Met-hods have been tested on more than 300 samples of soils, sediments and substrates. Soi-ls have different soil types, land types and climatic regions. In the theoretical part are summarized types of soil reaction and methods of their determination, information about the redox potential and specific electrolytic conductivity and methods of their determination. In Materials and methods is described sampling, and individual characte-ristics of the samples, and the various methods used for determining pH, ORP and con-ductivity measurement. Obtained data are statistically analyzed, and particular methods are compared.

Petrucha, Jan
This bachelor thesis focuses on the assessment of the influence of granular calcium matter applied to winter rape and its influence on exchangeable soil reaction, yield and oiliness of rape seed. The one-year field trial was based on two different localities, namely Vatín near Žďár nad Sázavou (560 m above sea level) and Žabčice (184 m above sea level). The following variants were included in the experiment: 1. Dolomite granulated, 2. Limestone granulated, 3. Dolokorn, 4. FERTI MK, 5. PhysioMax 975. The fertilizers were applied in autumn of the fourth leaf at a dose of 300 kg/ha and their influence on the exchange soil reaction, yield and oiliness of the seeds was monitored. The scaling was done in the autumn, and the effect of the applied granular calcium compounds was observed at two depths of 0 - 10 cm and 10 - 20 cm. As a result of liming, the soil reaction was higher in both localities than in the soil samples taken before liming. In a depth of 0 - 10 cm, the fertilizer FERTI MK in Žabčice showed the greatest effect and the Dolomite in a depth of 0 - 20 cm. The fertilizer PhysioMax 975 and Limestone worked the best in a depth of 0 - 10 and FERTI MK in a depth of 10 - 20 in Vatín. The yield was most affected in Žabčice by the Dolokorn fertilizer, the Limestone had increased the yield the most in Vatín. From the results of oiliness it can be said that it have been significantly higher in Žabčice than in Vatín.
Hodnocení aberace vybraných ploch katastru obce Vlkov
Havlát, Martin
The subject of this research is a level of aberration of soil on selected sites in the land register of Vlkov u Osové Bítýšky village. During a Complex soil survey (1967/1968) were collected three samples In 1966 and 1967, in this territory. From these samples were selected data from texture analysis pH and humus. The old soil sampling sites were re-localized and from the very spots, new samples were taken from the depth of approximately 75 cm in order to gain current results. These new samples were analyzed in a laboratory and these results were compared with the 50 years old ones. This allowed us to evaluate changes in soil on the selected sites.

Vliv vápnění na druhovou skladbu a výnosy polopřirozeného travního porostu
Sláma, Miloš
Between 2014 and 2015 was monitored the influence of liming and N fertilization on dry matter yield, floristic composition, species diversity and quality semi-natural grassland at the experimental flat Kameničky. The experimental plots were arranged in four repetitions and divided into not limed and limed blocks. For the purposes used liming ground dolomitic limestone. Nitrogen in the form of urea was applied at doses N0, N50, N100. Species composition affected all indicators monitored permanent grassland, while also have an influence on yield formation. Nitrogen fertilization without other nutrients to the experimental flat Kameničky did not manifest into higher yields, higher species diversity and quality of the grassland. N fertilization increased portion of more valuable grasses at the expense of other herbal, but put down (P<0.05) representation intergeneric hybrid Festulolium pabulare. Liming had an impact of plant species which have been adapted to the acidic environment and also not increased yields. In species composition increased (P<0.05) representation Festuca rubra L., Agrostis spp. that have low requirements on nutrients and there were no (P<0.05) Alopecurus pratensis L. and Ranunculus repens L. Liming not caused higher diversity and not caused the quality of grassland.
