Porovnání dopravních prostředků v zemědělství: traktory a nákladní vozidla

This bachelor thesis analyses information about means of transport in agriculture, tractors and trucks. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the history and development of means of transport. Furthermore, the basic requirements for the means of transport are described. In the practical part, a comparison of technical parameters, economic efficiency of means of transport in agricultural production was carried out and a sample model of transport of agricultural commodity was created, in which the transport costs according to the means of transport used are compared. Based on the available information and calculated economic efficiency values, an overview of the parameters of individual machines was created.

The main goal is to achieve optimization of the storage using suitable logistics technology. The second goal is to properly store all components and material used in production.

Determinates the precise requirements for the means of transport and transport equipment. Includes the most used transportation by road and marginally used transport by rail and water. Mentions the most common causes of injuries, deaths and losses during transport. Points to the influence of manipulations with animals on the quality of the meat. The result of improper treatment of animals are meat defects DFD and PSE, witch are commonly caused by stress and exhaustion of energy reserves. Describes the basic defects of meat of slaughtered animals-bovine animals, pigs and chickens. Mentions the basic laboratory techniques for the detection of these abnormalities.

Analýza toku prázdných přepravních prostředků ve firmě Škoda Auto a.s.

Diplomová práce měla za úkol zmapovat současný tok prázdných palet a na základě zjištěných nedostatků navrhnout řešení. Nejprve byla provedena analýza současného stavu a bylo identifikováno několik slabých míst. Byly navrženy tři varianty řešení situace. První variantou bylo zavedení automatické identifikace: označení palet radiofrekvenčními štítky a sledování toku palet pomocí čtecích průjezdových bran. Další variantou byl systém automatické rezervace palet. Třetí variantou byla centralizace prázdných palet. Vzhledem k tomu, že tato varianta řešila většinu identifikovaných problémů a zároveň ji bylo možné realizovat za dodržení podmínek okamžité aplikovatelnosti a minimálních investičních nákladů, byla tato varianta podrobněji rozpracována. Všechny navržené varianty byly podrobeny vícekriteriálnímu hodnocení. Za nejvhodnější z uvažovaného souboru navržených variant, na základě principu praktické dominance, byla zvolena třetí varianta.
