Footbridge formed by a stress ribbon and arch
Glajcar, Karel ; Novotný,, Petr (referee) ; Stráský, Jiří (advisor)
The subject of this master’s thesis is the design of footbridge across the river. The main objective is to analyse the superstructure which is formed by a stress ribbon and arch. The arch consists of two separate plan curved concrete arches and is associated with stress ribbon in the top. The analysis of the structure has been performed using MIDAS CIVIL 2011 software. Simplified calculations by hand or by EXCEL have been also carried out. Design of the superstructure's elements, pre-stressed tendons and reinforcement has been done according to EUROCODE. In the analysis, time dependent effects have been also taken into account.
Arch structure footbridge
Machala, Zdeněk ; Glovina, Filip (referee) ; Nečas, Radim (advisor)
The subject of this master’s thesis is to design an arch structure of a footbridge. The bridge deck will be formed by a stress ribbon and could be divided into three parts. The middle part will be suspended (on the outer edges) on composite steel and concrete arches. Outer parts of the bridge deck will be formed by stress ribbons. The model of this construction is created in a computational program ANSYS and the solution is non-linear. The design is according to European standards.
Pedestrian bridge across the lagoon
Bezručová, Kristína ; Kaláb,, Pavel (referee) ; Nečas, Radim (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the design and analysis of pedestrian bridge across the lagoon. Three variants were designed. The variant of structure, which combines stress ribbon with steel arches, was chosen for analysis. There is a chapter in this thesis which deals with an ideal shape of arches for different types of loads. The calculation of load effects was made in software Ansys 17.0, considering scnstruction stages. Ultimate limit state and state limit state are evaluated. For evaluation of concrete cross sections was used MS Excel. Steel cross sections were evaluated in software Ansys 17.0. d Dynamic behaviour of construction was assessed. The mode shapes and natural frequencies were calculated. The harmonic excitation response was studied. The loss of stability was checked. The design and assessment are according to the european standards.
Pedestrian bridge across the river Morava
Nováček, Jan ; Brtáň, Stanislav (referee) ; Nečas, Radim (advisor)
Subject of the work is design of pedestrian bridge across the river Morava. There are compared 3 variants of structures. Thesis is focused on stress ribbon supported by arch. The geometry of initial stage has been searched to form self-anchored structural system. The structure is verified in according to the European Standards.
Pedestrian bridge at Veveří Castle
Slovják, Petr ; Juchelková,, Pavlína (referee) ; Koláček, Jan (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is alternative design of the pedestrian bridge over Brno reservoir near Veveří castle. Three preliminary studies are created. The chosen variant consists of a stress ribbon supported by a steel arches. Time dependent analysis of load cases effects during construction stages is calculated by ANSYS. The bridge is verified according to the European Standards.
Pedestrian bridge formed of a stress ribbon structure
Sedlářová, Lucie ; Koláček, Jan (referee) ; Nečas, Radim (advisor)
The theme of this bachelor thesis is a design of a footbridge across the river. The thesis deals mainly with static solution of footbridge formed by a concrete stress ribbon. The calculation of internal forces was done by using calculating program Scia Engineer. The other calculations for assessment and design of reinforcement were done by hand according to valid standards. The thesis disregards stages of construction and rheological effects which would affect the construction.
Static and dynamic analysis of Prestressed bridge structure
Hokeš, Filip ; Nečas, Radim (referee) ; Kala, Jiří (advisor)
The main objective of the thesis is to perform static and dynamic analysis of prestressed concrete bridge structures in computational system ANSYS. For the analysis was chosen footbridge over the river Svratka in Brno. In relation to this topic are solved various types of modeling prestress at a finite element level. Before analyzing the footbridge is analyzed in detail the static system and the corresponding final geometry of the structure. Knowledge of the functioning of the static system is used to build the computational model of the structure, on which is subsequently performed static and dynamic analysis.
Arch bridge across the valley
Velešík, Marek ; Zlatuška, Karel (referee) ; Nečas, Radim (advisor)
The main focus of this master thesis is the design and assessments of the bridge structure consist of a stress ribbon supported by a steel arch. Three preliminary studies of pedestrian bridges above the valley were created and the one with semi-through deck supported by arch through cables was chosen to detail processing. This thesis includes a chapter, which deals with finding the ideal shape of arch. The computational beam model for the analysis of the structure was created in software Ansys Mechanical including the construction stages. The correctness of the computational model was verified by the secondary model created in the software Midas Civil. For evaluation of the structure in crosswise direction was created slab model in software Midas Civil. The structure was evaluated considering the ultimate serviceability state and ultimate limit state according to currently valid standards. The thesis also includes dynamic analysis.
Pedestrian bridge across the river Dyje
Antoš, Jiří ; Romportl, Tomáš (referee) ; Nečas, Radim (advisor)
Pedestrian bridge across the river Dyje, which comprises stress concrete ribbon supported by two archs. The structure is designed so that it applied for self-anchored system.
Arch footbridge over the Bečva River
Matěják, Jan ; Sliwka, Pavel (referee) ; Nečas, Radim (advisor)
The subject of the thesis is the design of a footbridge over the Bečva river in Vsetín. Three studies of possible designs have been prepared, two of which are further elaborated. The first variant is studying a footbridge supported by an outwardly inclined arch supporting the footbridge from one side. The second variant is supported by outwardly inclined steel arches on both sides. This option is further expanded in the form of a structural calculations, drawings and the footbridge is also assessed in terms of structural dynamics.
