Motivation of students to study Pre-school Teacher Training, for the teaching profession

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of motivating students to study Kindergarten Teaching at the Faculty of Education in České Budějovice and preparing students for the profession of kindergarten teacher as part of preparatory education. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the students' motives for studying the given field of study. In the theoretical part, the basic terms related to the teaching profession are explained. The focus is on the concept of teacher, then it is devoted to the concept of motivation and types of motivation and the career path of a teacher, with which the concepts of professional vision and professional portfolio are also connected. The last chapter in this section is dedicated to the current research in the given area. The practical part presents the results of a research study carried out through essays focused on motivational factors among full-time students of the 1st year of Kindergarten Teaching.
A child with cochlear implant in kindergarten

Presented thesis deals with the issue of the implementation of inclusive education of a preschool child with special educational needs in a ordinary kindergarten, with specific focus on a child with a cochlear implant. The content of the theoretical part is the definition of hearing defects and disorders, including classification according to the WHO. The next chapter discusses the course of cochlear implantation in children, including programming of the speech processor and subsequent rehabilitation. The third chapter is devoted to the education of hearing-impaired children, where communication approaches in the educational process are also included, what is the current state of deafness in children in the world, how many implants are implanted in children every year and what centers for the hearing impaired we have in the Czech republic. The practical part aims to find out and describe the real needs and possible difficulties that may arise during the education of a child with cochlear implant in a ordinary kindergarten.
Psychic burden of a kindergarten teacher during the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of psychological stress in job of kindergarten teachers. More specifically, it discusses the burden during the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic. The aim of the work is to ascertain how the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic affected the interviewed kindergarten teachers.The theoretical part presents the topic of stress and burden in connection with the profession of kindergarten teacher. The thesis is also aimed to burnout syndrome and its prevention. The empirical part centeres to the analysis of data obtained through qualitative research. The questions of the semistructured interview with the five kindergarten teachers concerned mainly the experience of the situation, the changes due to the pandemic and the burnout syndrome. Final results showed that the situation was more difficult for kindergarten teachers, paradoxically they did not show any symptoms of increased mental stress.
The kindergartner teacher through children's eyes

The bachelor thesis is focusing on the kindergarten teacher through the eyes of children. The theoretical part is divided into four main chapters and the emphasis is on the personality of the preschool teacher. It includes temperamental typologies or skills associated with the practice of the teaching profession. Furthermore, the developmental stages of adulthood or the educational activities of teachers. The thesis contains the topic of partnership, effective communication, and its techniques. The practical part consists of the results of interviews conducted with children in their last year of preschool. The interviews are accompanied by children's drawings. According to children, in primary school, compared to kindergarten, the teacher is stricter in order to maintain discipline, and more restricting towards their freedom. However, the emphasis on compliance with the rules is also attributed to kindergarten teachers, but not to such an extent. The outcome of the interviews also shows that the children would like their teacher to be kind, cheerful and helpful. Children further state that their teacher should have certain artistic, sports and musical skills.

It examines how children in individual developmental stages of life perceive death, as well as the specifics of mourning in children. It also focuses on helping grieving children through specific therapies. In addition to therapy, it also offers book titles that deal with the topic of death, dying or mourning.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to find out how the general public views preschool teachers with physical modifications. The theoretical part is devoted to the personality of the teacher, the self-concept of the individual, especially the self-concept in the teaching profession and, last but not least, the definition of the concept of physical modification. It focuses mainly on those modifications that we commonly encounter - tattoos and piercings. The aim of the practical part is to clarify the attitude of the general public towards teachers with tattoos or other body modifications. For its fulfillment, mixed research is chosen, which consists of a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. Qualitative research focuses on the attitudes and experiences of kindergarten teachers. Quantitative research maps public opinion.
Website of kindergarten as a way of communication with parents

The bachelor thesis focuses on communication between preschool teachers and parents of children attending kindergarten. Communication is considered to be one of the main prerequisites in order to establish mutual cooperation, which would lead to the greatest possible satisfaction of children in kindergarten. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with problems of communication between preschool teacher and parent, possibilities of improving communication strategies providing information and opportunities to establish cooperation. The practical part is mapping out the needs of parents in the area of communication with the nursery school. These findings will help to create information websites for parents in the specific nursery school.
Cooperation of kindergarten and elementary school in the preparation of preschool children for starting elementary school.

The topic of the work is Cooperation of kindergarten and primary school in the preparation of pre-school children for primary school. The task of this pre-school education is to provide qualitative foundations for further education and to prepare the child for successful admission to primary school. Cooperation between the two educational establishments is necessary for the child to have a smooth transition from kindergarten to primary school. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part engages with the meaning of preschool education, with the personality of the preschool educator, the upbringing and education of the child before entering the primary school, family and its cooperation with the kindergarten, the childs adaptation from the kindergarten into the primary school, development of the preschool child and the question of school maturity. As next the childs needs in grade one, the role of a pupil, emotional difficulties of the young pupil and teacher in grade one of the primary school. The practical part is focused on mapping the cooperation of kindergartens, primary and small-town schools in the Pilsen region. For this inquiry a quality research was used. This research was carried out with the help of a half-structured conversation. The participants were teachers from kindergartens and primary schools of the Pilsen Region.
Playing Violin Use in Kindergarten

This bachelor's thesis deals with the playing the violin in kindergarten. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to create an offer of activities using a violin interpreted by a teacher for children in kindergarten. The proposed violin activities are intended to introduce and support children's interest in music and violin. The theoretical part is focused on the functions of music, the musical development of a preschool children and listening to music at this age. Then in this part is introduced the violin the violin as a musical instrument, methods of playing the violin and also same famous composers and violinists. The theoretical part is concluded with information abou kindergarten education, evaluation, the role of music and the use of playing an instrument in educational activities. The practical part is focused on the offer of activities with use of violin. There i salso described the course of activities and the evaluation of the aktivity. In the conclusion are contained recommendations for teachers who would decide to implement the offer. In the appendix are contained materials used in the implementation of activities.
Motivation of kindergarten teacher

The final bachelor's thesis "Motivation of kindergarten teacher" deals with the topics of motivation and preschool pedagogue. It focuses mainly on sources of internal motivation, questions of personal growth, and self-realization in the profession of a kindergarten teacher. The theoretical part contains, except to define the meaning of the word's preschool pedagogue and motivation, also a description of the importance of job satisfaction and personal growth. The practical part aims to map the motivational resources of individual teachers and their personal growth, by using semi-structured interviews using semi-structured interviews. The result of this investigation is the identification of motivational sources and job satisfaction of the three interviewed teachers. A fundamental motivating influence is the idea of an ideal preschool teacher, which each teacher tries to achieve. A positive relationship with colleagues and children, enough staffing, and the need for meaningfully used free time and the possibility of self-realization in employment are strong influencing factors for motivation and professional satisfaction.
