This bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of current system of reward and incentive program of a specific company. Using the survey identifies the effectiveness of existing incentive program. It also contains proposed amendments to existing incentive program which should lead to greater staff satisfaction and thus to higher labor productivity.

After the analysis, there follow proposed changes to the existing incentive program, which should lead to higher labor productivity.

The bachelor thesis deals with a remuneration of employees in a non-business sphere. The theoretical part focuses on basic concepts related to the remuneration in a public service and administration and in a governmental service. In the body of thesis, the applicable relevant salary regulations are applied to specific cases of the employees in the selected subjects. The discussion evaluates the employee remuneration in the selected entities, compares them, and focuses on the deficiencies in the domain of the remuneration.

The theoretical part examines the legal framework of employee remuneration, differences between business and non-business remuneration, and defines basic terms set up in the Labour Code and implementing regulations. The body of the thesis applies relevant legislation to the specific examples of employee remuneration. The discussion analyses current problems of employee remuneration in the public services and administration, proposes suggestions for improvement of the remuneration system and evaluates possible impacts of the Civil service act.

Improving of salary and personal agenda of choiced Ltd company, when it entered into the public sector

The analysis of salary and personal administration in the company RELAX VAJGAR spol s. r. o., Plavecký bazén in Jindřichův Hradec, which enters into the public sector early of April in the year 2007, is the main idea of this Bachelor{\crq}s project. Objective of this project is showing differences between the salary and the pay. The practical part is pointing out the deficiencies, which were finding out in leading of this agenda and next there is proposed a valid progress, which complies with laws, regulations and statues.
