Proposal for Financing Investment Project in Municipality Tavíkovice

The thesis discusses the possibility of financing investment projects of the municipality Tavíkovice, which plans to make costly investments in roads. Based on the financial and credit analysis the offer of financing this investment by obtaining a loan or a grant will be presented to the municipality. The credit parameters are set as not to overcapitalize of the municipality in order for the municipality to able to perform other investments during the loan repayment.

Finally, an assessment of the influence on the development of the municipality is described.

The first part is practical and introduces us with specific terms of investment, public projects and economics of municipalities. The second part is about specific public investment. It describes a public contract, made an analysis of the municipal budget and described finance investments. The conclusion is evaluating the impact of this investment on municipality development.

In the first part of this work there are described the main things about public administration, regions and towns. In the second part of this work there are analyzed revenues and costs of years 2015-2017 of the municipality budget of Hrotovice. Also there are described plans for the year 2018 and future plans for 2019. It was made an questionnaire, which was used for the final evaluation of the municipality economy.

Analysis of economics of selected municipality

This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of the management of the municipality of Lom. The town of Lom is located in the Usti region near the town of Most. The main objective is to analyze the management of the municipality in the period 2008 to 2015. The partial aims to familiarize the reader with the basic concepts related to government, such as local government, functions and structure of municipalities, municipal budget and more. Thanks to the data obtained from the municipality budget deadlines for the 2008-2015 period examined I will be able to analyze and compare the data. Based on this analysis I will work out comparisons between periods and I will prove, wheter the municipality carries out its budget plan or not, or if it works with deficit or with budget dwell. The conclusion is devoted to overall summary of the results of analyzes and possible proposals for measures to improve the management of the municipality.

The analysis of economy in the selected cities in the territorial scope of authority of MAS in the Šluknov Region

The aim of the thesis is to find out whether there is a possibility to get other additional sources for the municipalities based on the management comparison of the chosen towns and on the management analysis of local action group. The work focuses on budgetary income and expenditure of the municipality and the budget management. The first part explains the theoretical concepts related to budget, budget management of municipalities, the debt of municipalities and local action groups. The second practical part deals with the analysis of the development and the structure of selected budget sections of the towns Jirikov, Krasna Lipa and Sluknov. It also analyses the development of the budget management of MAS Sluknov Region and the analysis of projects supported by MAS Sluknov Region, pointing out the possibility of using a local action group for municipalities. The evaluation of management of the municipality and the local action group will use absolute and percentage ratios in a time line of five years. As a conclusion I set proposals and recommendations on the basis of the analysis.

Summary
This thesis is focused on the analysis of revenues and expenses of two municipalities in
Královéhradecký region.
The aim of the thesis is analyze revenues and expenses of municipalities Rychnov nad
Kněžnou and Borohradek in a time series of five years, from 2010 to 2014. The first part of
thesis is literature review, which focuses on the community as the basic element of local
government, budget and budget process and the breakdown of incomes and expenses. The
main part is the practical part, where the first two municipalities characterized and
described their economic indicators. Afterwards they are analyzed individual items of
revenue including grants and individual expenditures. In conclusion are given
recommendations to improve the economy of both municipalities.

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is an analysis of management in municipality Suchý Důl in the period, specifically from the year of 2000 to 2014. To achieve this goal is to make the analysis of the revenue and especially expenditure part of the budget of the municipality.
Theoretical part introduce with the given issues and explanation of the basic concepts such as public administration, municipality, budget etc. This information is taken from the studied literature.
In practical part, at first, there is generally characterized by the municipality and then for individual years is performed targeted analysis of management in particular on the expenditure side. The source of this information was data from financial reports municipality Suchý Důl of individual years.

Analysis of the financial management of the selected municipality

This study deals with an analysis of the financial management of the town of Holín. The analysis describes the economy of this municipality from 2010 to 2014. The goal of the financial analysis is to find the potential for improvement of the municipalitys economy. The study consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The goal of the theoretical part is to define the main terms connected with the economy of an authority. These terms include public administration, municipality, municipal authorities, a property of a municipality, a budget and the costs and revenues connected with it.
The theoretical part moves straight on to the practical part, which aims to evaluate the revenue and cost components of the municipalitys economy in individual years of the given period. Using graphical displays and selected economic indicators, it carries out an analysis that results in an evaluation of the municipalitys economy and a consequent suggestion for improvement.
The conclusion of this study takes the form of a full summary of the municipalityss economy based on the analysis and an assessment judging whether the municipality has managed its finances well.
