Dřevokazné houby a jejich význam z pohledu údržby okrasných dřevin

This bachelor work addresses the issue of the expansion of wood-destroying fungi. It describes the theoretical part of this issue, basic composition of wood, feeding methods, description reproduction, spread of infection and general protection. Wooddecaying fungi are officials, attacking live trees, injured and dead. They cause various changes in wood and then decomposition woods. Furthermore, location was chosen, took place mapping injured trees and found species of woos-destroying fungi were determined. Follow up marking to own maps. Also care of trees been described to every species and the possibility of preventing the emergence of the disease.

Mapování památných stromů ve vybraném území a návrh na vyhlášení nového památného stromu

The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to map memorable trees in Strakonice district and to introduce a proposal to announce a new memorable tree. The first part of the thesis presents a literary review which was elaborated from available literature and it deals with the protection of memorable trees, their registration and tree care. The following chapters contain the description of a territory according to climatological, geological, pedological characteristics and the detailed methodology. The last part introduces the complete list of memorable trees in this territory and presents detailed information about individual woody plants - for example their history, localization and health condition. The thesis also presents photographs of selected specimen. The memorable trees were remeasured and later compared with already measured figures recorded in the register of nature conservation.

Revitalizace vybraného městského parku

This bachelor thesis deals with revitalization of city park of own selection. The theoretical part focuses on the importance of greenery in the urban environment, its design and planting. Urban greenery is an indispensable component of the urban environment and city life. In addition to its positive impact on the population, the environment also has a significant aesthetic value. The practical part deals with the recovery of the Blatná city park. The main purpose of this renewal is to improve the current state of greenery by adding suitable tree species and improving the current 14situation around the park's facilities, equipment and pavements in the park.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is especially mapping and description memorable trees in district Pisek, their remeasurement and general evaluating state, and also comparison of dendrological parametres with actual value in register of nature conservation. The district Pisek is located in South Bohemia Region. It is next to regions České Budejovice, Tabor and Strakonice and also with Central Bohemia region Pribram. In this bachelor thesis are memorable trees mapped. At selected memorable trees is written their description, actual condition and history. Memorable trees were remeasure by me and subsequently compared with measurement value in register of nature conservation.

Ověření účinnosti některých chemických prostředků ke snížení úrovně stresu u mladých výsadeb smrku v podmínkách vybraných imisních holin KRNAPu

Na imisních holinách u Horní Malé Úpy byly zvoleny dva pokusné bloky s desetiletými výsadbami smrku ve výšce 950 a 1150 m n.m. V každém bloku byly zjištěny půdní charakteristiky v celém profilu kopaných sond (půdní reakce, vodivost výluhu, obsah chloridů, celkový COx, N, zrnitostní složení a obsah těžkých kovů). Byl sledován chod znečištění ovzduší metodou SAM (sírany, dusičnany, chloridy, fluoridy) a paralelně byla sledována celková depozice polutantů. Výsadby smrku byly ošetřeny tabletovým hnojivem a dolomitským vápencem. Úroveň stresu byla sledována pomocí určení aktivity listových peroxidáz a měřením charakteristik fluorescence jehlic smrků. Výsledky vykazují na průkazné zvýšení účinnosti asimilačního aparátu u přihnojovaných smrků. Snížení úrovně stresu nebylo průkazné. Zlepšení výsledků se očekává v následujících letech.
