Eliáš, Václav ; Myslín,, Jiří (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor) ; Čuprová, Danuše (advisor)
The assignment of the bachelor’s thesis is a design of a new production building for the production of wine and sparkling wine. Within the framework of this bachelor’s thesis the elaboration of the project documentation for the building permit and for the detail design documentation, using architectural software, was requested. This project has already been done in the form of a study in the second year during the winter term as a part of the subject AG32 (Studio of Architectural Design III. – production buildings), followed by the subject AG028 (Detail in Architecture II.). Also one of the parts of this project has also been elaborated in the subject AG06 (Complex Project) which the bachelor’s thesis follows. The purpose of the developed study was to solve the correct functional and operational scheme and also to provide an aesthetical and a representative aspect on which the construction documentation is being elaborated. The site with the property is located in a city Kobyli na Morave in the South Moravian Region, district Breclav. The site is currently undeveloped and covered with natural greenery. The proposed property has three floors and each of them is divided into three functional units – production, representative and accomodation one. The site’s terrain is quite sloped which helped with embedding the production unit under it – this unit is located on the lowest floor and this helps for the object to fit into the surrounding and leads to the impression that it has a similar size and form as other buildings in the city. As it was already mentioned before the production is underneath the terrain’s level. On the following floor a winery, degustation, a terrace, an office and a wheelchair accesible accomodation are located. And on the last floor there is space for accomodation. The building’s greenery has also been designed – some trees, shrubs, ornamental flowers and an orchard with a set of varietes of wine.

Šiková, Renata ; Novotný, Miloslav (referee) ; Novotný, Miloslav (advisor)
The topic of the Master's Thesis is the design of a new multifunctional house on the border of the Moravian Karst. The building is located on the edge of the village of Vavřinec and is consists of a total of a three buildings - Boarding house, Restaurant and Barn. The effort was to create a modern complex that will architecturally merge with its surroundings, preserve the harmony of the place and respect the character of the surrounding buildings. The complex is used for recreation, accommodation and catering. The advantages of the complex is a large barn allowing for social events. These functions are complemented by a small restaurant for tourists, which also serves breakfast for the accommodation guests. Small events can also be held on the second floor of the restaurant, where there is a multifunctional space. All three buildings are rectangular in plan with a pitched roof, oriented in such a way as to create an internal quiet space. Due to the connection of operation of the building, they are connected by means of single-story necks, where the entrance reception or sanitary facilities are located. Pension is a two-storey building, with partial basement. In the above-ground floors there are rooms and accessories, in the underground there are technological facilities and storage spaces, the Boarding house building is connected with the Restaurant building by a basement. In the Restaurant there is a kitchen with storages and accessories. The barn has an open space with large french windows and an admitted roof structure. The basement's vertical load-bearing walls are made of concrete blocks. The above ground walls are designed in Heluz ceramic blocks with a mineral wool ETICS contact insulation system. Horizontal load-bearing structures are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The roofs are flat with extensive vegetation or pitched with metal roofing and thermal insulation above the rafters.
