Transport properties of humic hydrogels
Horváth, Michal ; Smilek, Jiří (referee) ; Klučáková, Martina (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the transport properties of humic hydrogels. Diffusion was observed in cuvettes containing gels prepared from agarose and organic dyes, namely Methylene Blue and Rhodamine 6G. Some of them were enriched with humic acid IHSS Leonardite. The time course of changes in concentration in individual cuvettes was recorded spectrophotometrically at different positions of the cuvette. The concentration of released dyes was simultaneously measured in the leachate. The aim of this work was to determine the effect of the presence of humic acid on the diffusion process cuvettes and to determine its flow.
