Digitization of the order process in the company

The diploma thesis focuses on the description and mapping of the processes of the selected company with the goal of digitizing the order process in the selected company. Based on the findings from the analytical part and after defining the requirements, a system is proposed in the design part, which should help to increase the clarity and effective evaluation of orders and eliminate emerging errors in the process.

The theoretical part defines the basic knowledge and methods selected with me, wich will be needed in the whole thesis. In the practical part, analyzes are performer, such as methods of START or Ishikaw diagram, that will be a huge part of the thesis. Based on the results, suggestions are made to improve the course of the contract in the company.

The bachelor thesis deals with the ordering process of a selected manufacturing company. The thesis is divided into several sections. In the first part is described theoretical knowledge in the field of process management. In the following section is introduced a carpentry and roofing company where I worked for some time and gained required information for this thesis. In the analytical part is analysed the current state of the company in attitude to order management and revealed its lack. Based on this knowledge, I will optimize order management.
