The thesis dwells about methodics of processing an order in the company: Hardening shop Frydrych s.r.o. while respecting all the demands on the technological process of thermal and thermo-chemical manipulation as annealing, tempering and cementing. On the bases of the analyse and documental procedures the thesis is unraveling a concept for elimination of absences in the sphere of processing the order also as booking, invoicing and evaluating.

This thesis deals with The Study of Productions Operation Management in the B:Tech company a.s., namely company’s divison Engineering production. This work analyses a contemporary flow of information and material in production and on the basis of this analysis it eliminates detected defects. The particular concept of data acquisition is involved in the thesis. The acquired contributions are illustrated in the conrete manufacturing order. In conlusion the overall contributions of suggested solutions are evaluated.

Based on theoretical knowledge and analysis of the current state of the company and its surroundings, the proposal supports production management information system. Proposals should lead to greater effectiveness and efficiency in the processes related to production and thereby to achieve higher profits.
