The thesis gives a comprehensive picture of commodity markets including the oil ones. The introduction of theoretical part is generally focused on commodities traded in the world markets. In the commodity market there is described a commodity exchange and investment opportunities with a focus on commodity derivatives. The remaining theoretical part covers the issue of oil which is one of the greatest current risks for global economies growth.
