At the close thesis are mentioned record financial analysis benchmarking summary and proposals that the firm in years to come will help improve pertinent bad financial situation.

Evaluation of the Company´s Financial Performance

This master thesis is focused on an assessment of the financial situation of the company Fatra, a.s. and on comparation with its competitors by selected proportion rations of the financial analyses. Competitors are simillar companies from the Statistical classification of economic activities in the European Community and in Czech Republic throughout the years 2010 - 2014. Literature review dealing with the issue of evaluating financial performance of the company was used as a basis for the theoretical part. The practical part contains calculations of the financial analysis and interpretation of the achieved results with a emphasis on benchmarking. Data for this thesis were obtained from Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, Czech Statistical Office and from Amadeus database. The conclusion summarizes findings and results in recommen-dations to improve financial performance.

Změny v odvětvových strukturách v České republice

Goal of the bachelor thesis is to compare changes in sectoral structure according to the NACE classification in the Czech Republic. Literary research will include theoretical concept of structural changes and its causes, especially by technological progress and globalisation. Analytical part will analyse structural changes in 2007-2017 according to 3 criteria namely employment, gross value added and average gross salary. Furthermore 3 selected industries will be compared with the Slovak republic.

Microbrewery market in the Czech republic

This diploma thesis deals with the market of microbreweries in the Czech Republic. The main goal is to analyse the market of microbreweries in the Czech Republic with a focus on determining the characteristics of the industry and the main specifics of this type of business. From this goal, sub-goals focused on the company's micro-environment, marketing tools and the influence of coronavirus on microbreweries were derived. The practical part is based on a literature search, which contains theoretical knowledge from the market, business of small and medium-sized enterprises, external and internal environment of the company, but also from the field of brewing. The basis of the practical part is a questionnaire survey conducted between microbreweries and its detailed evaluation. The following is a discussion of the results and evaluation of the hypotheses, which is based on the performed statistical tests examining the dependencies between the characteristics of companies and the answers to selected questions. Finally, recommendations for existing and start-ups are given.

Vliv odvětvové struktury na rozvoj regionů

The aim of the thesis is to express the influence of the structure of the sector on the current state and development of the region and to clarify the disparities between selected regions - the South Moravian Region and the Vysočina Region. These differences are examined by means of established economic, environmental and social indicators. For each pillar, several indicators that have been found to be the most appropriate are examined. In some cases, the results are also compared with the superior territorial unit (Czech Republic) for better orientation. Based on the results of the analyses and the findings, recommendations for further development of the regions are proposed.

This Master's Thesis aims to review current wine grape production in the Czech Republic. External and competitive environment analyses and other methods from financial analysis are used here. A theoretical part of the thesis contains definition of strategy and strategic management. Beside that there are defined base tools used for macro-environment and micro-environment analyses. A practical part of the thesis is focused on PEST analysis, a delimitation of current wine grape production and competitive market. The practical part also covers main obstructions in entering to the wine industry. Last two parts of the thesis assess situation of wine grape production in the Czech Republic. SWOT analysis for the future evolution of this industry are included.

Spatial and timely survey of indebtedness in European companies

The aim of this thesis is to process spatial and timely survey of profitability ratios and then namely debt ratios in individual sectors of selected European companies, in the time period from 2011 to 2015. Financial ratios such as return on assets, return on equity, debt ratio, long-term debt to total assets ratio, short-term debt to total assets ratio and interest coverage are used. Based on the results of the investigation, the most successful sectors and states, including the Czech Republic, are evaluated. The correlation analysis and following testing of mutual dependence between debt ratio and return ratio, as well as mutual relationship between the business sector debt, household sector debt and public sector debt are included.

Returns to schooling in different industries: The case of the Czech Republic

The thesis examines two main issues that were not covered in much detail or at all in studies that used Czech data. Firstly, the thesis analyzes the returns to schooling taking into consideration the industry, where the individual works, and secondly, the thesis measures how returns to schooling differ in certain industry groups. An OLS regression is run based on an adjusted Mincer equation with dummy variables for the highest achieved level of schooling rather than years of schooling. The results of the first analysis show differences among returns to schooling levels and indicate that industry affects the hourly wage of individuals. The results of the second main analysis reveal substantial differences of returns to schooling for different industry groups.

Theory of portfolio and diversification as the way to risk-reducing

This thesis deals with the characterization of five selected sectors on the stock exchange on the basis of ten shares of each of them, in terms of return and risk. The main objective of this work lay in the creation of an optimal portfolio of securities. In the first part I deal with the functioning of the entire capital market. Subsequently, I moved to make the required calculations of key indicators, into which then I will set up the data of all fifty shares. From these calculated results in the second part I make four different portfolios for different investors' requirements.

Bachelors thesis Possibilities of tourism development in Kazakhstan is devoted
to the evaluation of tourism as one of the most important part in the economic indicators.
This work is divided into three parts, where each part is aimed to do analysis of the tourism
industry.
The first defines a definition of tourism, a tourism industry will be divided into types and
forms according to the character.
The second part is devoted for developing tourism on a specific territory, Republic of
Kazakhstan. The state development will be evaluated from different sides.
The special tour will be suggested across the whole Kazakhstan. Visiting the most
attractive and interesting places will allow to create the overall impression and the present
situation from the economic, geographic and cultural point of view.
The results are not used to determine the problems but also to define the conditions to use
all the capabilities of the state for tourist development.
