This bachelor thesis analyses the current state of the incentive programme of Murdter Dvorak Company Ltd. It identifies the effectiveness of incentives using surveys, it evaluates and proposes changes to the existing incentive programme, which should lead to greater work efficiency and productivity.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the analysis of employee evaluation and remuneration system in a particular company. The theoretical part focuses on basic concepts connected with an employee evaluation, remuneration and work motivation. The analytical part describes and explains such a system in the concrete company and discusses the process and outputs of the questionnaire survey that had been carried out. The goal of the survey was to evaluate the system in terms of being satisfactory and convenient for people using it or those being involved in the system. The concepts suggesting the improvement of the status quo of an employee appraisal and remuneration are the output of the paper.

The practical part of this work is presented MCG REAL company, and Furthermore, this section gives results of a survey conducted among company employees. The last part proposes amendments to the incentive program, which will lead to increased employee performance.
