Driving methods of linear system and guiding types of CNC boring machines
Rolinc, Lukáš ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with possible driving and shifting methods and types of linear driving solutions that can be used to fabricate CNC machining machines. This is followed by a description of the safety elements assigned to protect navigating and axis metering. This thesis also mentions how important is the choice of how to adequately lubricate the machines and introduces its ways of how to put this lubrication into practise. The final part of this thesis is devoted to a critical evaluation of the above mentioned topics. It is mentioning its advantages, disadvantages and recomendations on how they are suitable to be used for different CNC machining machine constructions.
Description of linear feed systems of machine tools
Kocanda, Petr ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The Work contains a detailed description of parts forming the linear displacement system of machine tools. The Work is also focusing on several producers who deal with this issue. High attention is paid to the merits, qualities and methods on how the making of single machine parts is solved; this is described both from the design and process viewpoints.
Design of linear axis for heavy machine tool
Dostál, Martin ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Hermanský, Dominik (advisor)
This diploma thesis is concerned with providing a construction proposal of a linear axis X for multifunctional machining center. Moreover, this work presents characterisations of machining centers, overview of manufacturers, list of main construction components used in the linear axis, their evaluation, assessment of various options for construction, which are then explained further. These detailed construction methods include calculations with the subsequent choice of feed system component. Ultimately, final evaluation of chosen option is provided as well. Another section of this thesis is also an economical assessment and 3D model alongside with mechanical drawing.
