Analysis of fertility postponement and recuperation in Czechia based on the cohort approach

The main objective of this work is a cohort analysis of postponement and recuperation of fertility in the Czech Republic after 1960. Two methods were used for this purpose - basic benchmark model and relational model. The essence of the basic benchmark model is comparison of cohort cumulative fertility deviations between chosen benchmark cohort of women and other cohorts. The relational model is based on the cohort cumulative fertility deviations of cohorts from the chosen cohort related to the schedule of national standard deviations. The significant shifts in the timing of childbearing were revealed. While the first order is characterized by early fertility decline and subsequent significant fertility recuperation, the second order is characterized by a further decrease in fertility with slight recuperation. However, fertility of third and higher order continues to decline and has been found out. practically no recuperation. The second part of this work describes the respondents' answers to questions about timing of parenting. The main findings are that decisions about parenting is most influenced by whether respondents have a suitable partner, private housing and are financially secure. The topic of this rigorous thesis is the defense of the debtor in execution with the focus on institutes deferral and discontinuance of execution. The thesis concerns execution carried out by the judicial officers according to Act No. 120/2001 Coll., on court executors and execution activities (Execution Procedure Code). The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate the possibilities of debtor's defense, to analyze application problems and to propose a modification de lege ferenda. I refer to the conclusions of the judicial decisions to individual institutes, which is an important source for the interpretation of legal rules. This rigorous thesis consists of four chapters, which are further separated into individual subchapters. The first chapter is devoted general interpretation of term and purpose of execution, sources of law and main principles of execution proceeding. This chapter also includes a historical excursion to the development of execution law in our country and an example of a foreign procedure in the exaction of claims. The main principles of execution proceeding are explained in detail, including examples of specific provisions of a statute in which these principles are expressed. What do preschool children expect from school

This bachelor thesis deals with the children of pre-school age and their readiness for elementary school. It is mainly focused on the child and the child's expectations and ideas about school. The theoretical part contains a chapter in which a brief general characterization of a pre-school child is provided. The next chapter describes elementary school maturity and the factors that influence it. In the research part, quantitative research methods are used. This part is targeted at children who were enrolled for elementary school and have their own expectations about entering school in September. The goal of the research is to find out whether the children are looking forward to entering school and what are their expectations. Another part of the research is to analyze whether the children's parents and relatives influence their expectations, and if so, whether they arouse excitement or fear in the children.
Prokrastinace jako stalý problém mezi studenty: analýza situace v Jihomoravském regionu

This bachelor thesis deals with a problem of chronic procrastination which makes people, especially students, to postpone given tasks. This behavior leads to stress, decrease of self-esteem and in poor results. This work focuses on academic procrastination among students in South Moravian region. The theoretical part shows different views from different researchers on procrastination, what types of procrastinations and what kind of procrastinators are there, what are the causes and how to deal with it. There is also a demography of South Moravian region and all the academic data that could be found for this region. The research part of this bachelor thesis measures what is the level of procrastination among students. For the measurement, Lay's (1986) questions were used and the results were compared to one another. The comparison of results from this work to results from another research has been done and analyzed.
