Identity as a motivation of nuclear armament: the case of Israel

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to find out, what was the role of israeli national identity in developing and holding nuclear arms. Thesis is case study, which is focused on jewish state of Israel, located in highly conflictful area of Middle East. It is obvious that Israel decided to develop nuclear arms mainly because of national security, but the question is, if national identity was at least part of motivation of nuclear proliferation.
