The objective of this bachelor thesis is to provide a translation from English to Czech and a commentary of the translation process. The source texts are taken from Caitlin Moran's book Moranifesto, published in 2016, which is a collection of columns and essays on topics such as politics and feminist issues. The second part of this thesis includes a text analysis of the English original, description of the method of translation, typology of translation problems which arose during the process, translation procedures and shifts that occurred.
