Evaluation of non-formal education in Junák - Association of Scouts and Guides of the Czech republic and processing innovative ideas for the preparation of instructors

This Bachelor thesis evaluates the current state of informal education in the organization Junák - Association of Scouts and Guides of the Czech republic. It focuses specifically on the highest possible qualification - the instructor qualification. The thesis consists of theoretical and empiric part. The theoretical part provides historical context of Czech scouting, scouting principles and mission; it also describes the education system with special focus on the instructor qualification. The empiric part contains a survey conducted among the participants of instructor courses and instructors. The survey was aimed at the understanding and perception of the role of instructor and education of instructors from both points of view.
