Implementation of Dynamic Biometric Signature in the Company after the Entry into Force of the Regulation eIDAS

The diploma thesis focuses on the problematics of elektronic signing in the Czech Republic after the Entry into Force of Regulation eIDAS. It specifies the key words in this area, compares the properties of cryptographic electronic signature and dynamic biometric signature. Within the main objective of the work, which is the implementation of dynamic biometric signature in the company, a solution is proposed to the process of approving business tax forms. At the end, an economic comparison of paper and electronic solutions is made.

Bank identity and electronic identification under the AML Act Author: Petr Petr Pochman The aim of the thesis is to describe in detail the whole process, the legal basis and the reason for the existence of the procedure of using the bank identity, which is a form of electronic identification under the AML Act, but also to assess whether this procedure does not offer various risks or shortcomings, taking into account the existing other identification options. Identification in general has been gaining importance in the last few years, with the need for accurate identification of persons appearing in various situations, from the opening of a bank account, to the buying and selling of securities by securities dealers and nowadays also in the activities of real estate agents. The frequency of uses in which identification is carried out is increasing year by year for the average person (one of the most recent cases of the widespread use of identification is the real estate activity already mentioned). Written form of legal transaction in e-commerce Abstract This thesis focuses on the written form of a legal transaction in the context of e- commerce. Every day, a number of contracts is concluded electronically on the internet and the need to deepen digital legal transactions is therefore growing every day. It is no exaggeration to conclude that we can no longer imagine life without electronic legal transactions. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the legal regulation of electronic legal transactions in written form and to assess under which circumstances the requirements for such legal transactions will be met. The submitted thesis aims to answer and analyse whether the legal provisions and requirements for electronic legal transactions in written form are in compliance with the technical reality and technical possibilities of electronic legal transactions. Furthermore, this thesis addresses the question why the technologies on which electronic legal transactions (in written form) are based are becoming obsolete, how our legal system deals with this fact and how it faces these challenges. Electronic identification of persons in private law relationships Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the topic of electronic identification of persons in private law relationships. It defines all types of electronic identifiers, which can be used in private law relationships by both legal entities and so natural persons. This paper summarizes the young and not for long used legislations. This legislation is not often used in practice and for that reason it has the only commentary. The case law for this problematics is also lacking and that is why it could not be used as one of the sources, despite that it is in many cases one of the most used and valuable sources. This thesis analyses not only the legal aspects of the electronic identification, but also the technological aspects, which it tries to explain even to the readers, who can be absolutely untouched by the world of information technology. At the same time this diploma thesis provides instructions for potential users of instruments of electronic identification, who can be distrustful and insecure of its first time user experience.
