The Bachelor thesis called development of township Drásov - identification of development needs and problems, solution proposals. The work deals with the state of the township and based on socio-economic analysis and in-depth interviews identifies problematic areas. Based on the research, certain needs and problems were identified. It is the capacity of the primary and nursery school. Furthermore, in the area of the environment, research has shown a low focus on water areas in the township. Lastly, it was found necessary to resolve the condition of local roads and reduce the growth of buildings. The problem of insufficient capacity of nursery and primary school could be solved by termination of the school district contract. Insufficient attention to water bodies in nature can be addressed through the involvement of the environment commission and the use of subsidy projects supporting similar issues. A higher amount of financial will need to be allocated for repairs on local roads. Restriction of development can be solved by strict adherence to the zoning plan, where there will be no space for expanding the built-up area.

The Balancing and the Financial Statements in an Agricultural Enterprise

The diploma thesis analyzes a procedure of closing financial operations in an agricultural company, evaluates their correctness and points to the most frequent mistakes. The Closing financial statement processes and the particular accounting operations are described in the theoretical part. The practical part is done based on data provided by Agricultural Cooperative Třebelovice. These data were obtained in personal conversation with accountant-general of the agricultural cooperative. Imperfections in inventorying of animals and products were identified by the analysis mentioned above. Recommendations, leading to removal of these imperfections and following stock undervaluation, were proposed to the Agricultural Cooperative. The Agricultural Cooperative Třebelovice doesn't make a cash flow statement. For this reason the cash flow statement was made by the author.

Lace-making tradition, the possibility of its preserving and presenting on the example of Vamberk lace

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe the possibility of preservation and presentation of the traditional lace making. The bachelor's thesis describes the historical development of lace making abroad, the extension of this craft in the Czech lands and also the development in this area until now. The thesis also focuses on lace education and other forms of support. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis focuses on Vamberk lace, its history and present. The thesis also includes marketing and financial analysis of Vamberk lace CZ company. The thesis also contains the survey, which reveals the potential of Vamberk lace for the future. The survey leads to the definition of the target groups and its requirements. On the basis of all information, the author makes some suggestions which should lead to improving of the current situation of the Vamberk lace CZ company.

A business concept of services arrangement of recreation centre Nová Živohošť

The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the market accommodation and food services market in the tourist region of Central Bohemia ? South. Another objective of this thesis was to formulate recommendations for the development of services in selected area. . The aim was also to identify the needs and requirements and satisfaction of visitors with accommodation and boarding services in selected recreation centre Nová Živohošť. To achieve the objectives it was necessary to study secondary sources, writing review of the literature and knowledge on the subject. Then situational analysis was performed. Here is defined and characterized a recreation centre Nová Živohošť, located in the tourist region of Central Bohemia ? South. The situational analysis is also a market analysis of accommodation and boarding services in the recreation centre Nová Živohošť. Another part of the work is questionnaire survey and interviews with worker in tourist information centre in Neveklov and owner Juniorcamp Tobogán and Caravan Club in Nová Živohošť. Final proposals, recommendations and business concept should increase the attractiveness of an offer, the quality of the resort and meet the needs and wishes of customers.

Bachelor's thesis deals with analysis of the market of accommodation offers and catering services in the region Hluboká nad Vltavou. On the basic of questionnaire survey, controlled conversation, self-examination and information from secondary data was found actual number and state of accommodation and catering facilities in the region Hluboká nad Vltavou and was judged the level of their services. At the end of work are made proposals and recommendation for the improvement and the further development of accommodation offers and catering services.
