VR environment for interior design

Virtual reality is now beginning to reach beyond the entertainment industry into other sectors. It can offer the feeling of being transported to another place, or the visualisation of objects not yet created in reality. This bachelor thesis focuses on virtual reality as a means for interior design. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the term virtual reality itself and the basic concepts to get an orientation on the subject, including the historical development. Furthermore, the thesis deals with game engines, where the history of their creation, the necessary components and the selection of the most used engines for virtual reality development are briefly described. The practical part deals with the development of an environment suitable for interior design, including interactive elements.

The bachelor's thesis addresses office interior design. The office is located in the extended city center of Brno on the 4th floor of a flat house and is supposed to serve 8 people and 2 dogs. The theoretical part of the thesis contains basic information about typology, ergonomics and healthy work environment. The thesis also contains basic knowledge of materials and colors suitable for office environment. The practical part is dedicated to design of a particular interior. The design is made into drawing documentation and supplemented by visualizations.Formula clause:Declaration I hereby declare that, this thesis entitled Reality office interior design. was written and completed by me. Návrh interiéru restaurace v japonském stylu

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a restaurant in a Japanese style. A theoretical part describes terms like ryotei or kaiseki and also various elements in the Japanese style. It also dedicates to colours and light meaning in interior and zen Buddhismus influence on Japanese culture. It also discusses sanitary norms and dining norms for restaurants. Theoretical part is finished by a recherche. The practical part describes general furniture desctiption which shows each part of the interior. Then it includes summarry of work with light and furniture used in the interior design. It also analyzes the design of an atypic element. Finally, it presents all the design by visualizations.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of an interior of a detached house for a particular client. The theoretical part describes the basic knowledge of materials and equipment trends, describes also work with colors and provides basic knowledge of ergonomics. The practical part deals with the design itself and tries to pass on important information gathered in practice. The interior of the house is currently in progress. The design is processed in the form of design drawings and other associated documentation.

Návrh kavárenského interiéru v retro stylu

The aim of the thesis is retro café interior design in renovated areas, design and construction of an atypical furniture component and calculation of its material expenses. The individual chapters are dedicated to the classification of coffee houses, history of coffee houses, and recreation of the 1960s atmosphere, which is an important period for the production of retro furniture. Selected coffee houses furnished with a retro-style interior are also introduced. The thesis is further devoted to the principles that must be commonly followed when arranging interiors regarding the restaurant industry. The practical part focuses on a new solution for the selected café space and the bar counter design. The outputs of both tasks are visualization and necessary design documentation.

This thesis deals mainly with a problem of kitchen furniture and facilities, the aim is attic apartment design focused on kitchen. Interior equipment should correspond with requirements of standards, technical literature and particularly future residents imaginations. In theoretical part of this thesis there are important information summarized. This is the basis for interior design. Design of bedroom is an additional part of the thesis. In document appendix there is a foundation for atypical furniture production that includes list of materials, economical review and documentation for interior equipment. Whole paper is conceived to be realized, because the place is real.

This thesis will introduce the reader into the issue of countryside and the evolution of countryside living space of countryside house. The goal is to create a project of interior of family house in countryside, which is about to undergo a reconstruction. Main goal of this thesis is to create a project of interior according to clients requirements and with functionality and comfortability in mind. We are dealing with family of four, which is not satisfied with current housing solution. In the next part, the author is going to describe the space solution of the living area and specific furniture elements used in the interior. Main output are plans room and visualization. Part of the thesis is a creation of design furniture element, according to clients wishes. Appendix of the thesis is a drawn design documentation.
