The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of labor-law relationship, especially its creation in accordance with the legal regulations of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on explanation of basic terms related to labor relations. The main part is an analysis of the employer's problem and suggestions that can help the employer to optimize the costs of new employees.
Employment of a New Employee while Reducing Costs of His Remuneration

This thesis deals with labour relations, specifically the creation of employment. It focuses on possibilities how to save the cost of a new employee remuneration using subsidies from the Labour Office and employing of a disabled person. By analyzing the expected costs of remuneration and by finding of the actual subsidies from the relevant Labour Office branch, the thesis will propose options to a businesswoman Jitka Houfková how she could reduce these costs. Jitka Houfková will also be recommended an option of achieving the highest savings.
Taxation of Students Income from Employment

The thesis contains methodology of the tax base assessment and of the tax liability from natural person´s income from employment including reference to relevant legal regulations and with regard to changes set in this year. There are some model examples with calculation of an optimal tax liability. The thesis also contains the health and social insurance issue in case of students.

In the last part of this thesis are proposals for developing the current system of evaluation and remuneration of employees.
